LUXURY OCEAN FRONT CONDO AT BEACH RETREAT - Second floor pet friendly unit offers spectacular, unobstructed gulf front views from balcony which overlook 800 feet of private pristine beach. Newly remodeled in October of 2022, our condo has new flooring & baseboards throughout, completely remodeled bathrooms with one walk-in shower, corian and granite vanities, designer lighting, three modern ceiling fans in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen w/pantry, dinette, living room with leather furnishings, and full size washer/dryer in unit. Newly furnished bedrooms have king size beds (2) and two twin hall bunks. High speed wireless internet is included. Our private beach has complimentary beach service which includes an umbrella and two chairs set up daily by attendant or if a pool suites you, our heated cabana style pool and hot tub provides a day of pleasure & complete enjoyment. There are also nearby jet-ski, scooter rentals, parasailing and kayaks. Enjoy the Destin area with award winning restaurants, champion golf courses, and fabulous shopping! Miramar Beach, located in the Beaches of South Walton, is one of the most beautiful places on Earth offering miles of sugar-white sand and emerald green waters. Your stay will create one of your most memorable vacations and fondest memories! Truly a paradise in itself - Destin, Florida!

My husband, myself and our little dog had a wonderful time at unit 208. It is lovely and has a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The beds were very comfortable and this condo has been updated . We definitely will be back!

Christmas Getaway

My husband and I took a trip to Destin for a quiet Christmas getaway with our fur babies. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony faces the beach and offers gorgeous views of the sunrise. Marge was a great host. She was kind and very responsive. The only issue we had wss that we were unable to live stream Netflix and other platforms to catch the NFL games. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic.

Paradise on the beach

This condo is absolutely stunning and views of the beautiful emerald coast is breathtaking! Very very clean, all new inside, beds are so comfortable that you really don’t want to get out of but you think gosh that cup of coffee sitting on the balcony watching the waves I need to get up! Very quiet and very secure building. The pool is huge with lots of chairs to stretch out. This will be my place from now on. Plus lots of great restaurants close by walk or drive. Host Marge is so so sweet and the few times I text her she responded back immediately. Thank you Marge!

The Perfect Condo

The condo was amazing. Absolutely perfect for us. Large balcony with unbelievable beachfront view. Perfect walking distance to several good restaurants and shops. Relaxed atmosphere. Dog friendly. Both rooms had bathrooms with tubs and king-sized beds. Have never enjoyed a vacation more!

My favorite part about this unit is the outdoor sofa. You can rest on the sofa while enjoying your morning coffee and watch the beach wake up. People walking dogs, riding bikes, or strolling. It’s idyllic.
