Covered patio with lots of comfortable Patio Furniture to enjoy the warm winter sun of the Arizona Sonoran Desert. 2 Car Attached Garage with opener. High Vaulted Ceilings in the Living room and Master Bedroom. Double Vanities, a Large Tiled Shower and Jetted Spa Tub in the Master Bath. Guest Bedroom Suite is at the far end of the house providing a nice separation of sleeping areas for the comfort and privacy of guests. The 3rd Bedroom is a den with 2 large club chairs, ottoman, a large desk and Internet connection. The living room has a large TV Armoire with new 42" VIZIO Smart flat screen TV and BluRay DVD Player.
