Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, 11 Myrtle Lane is a delightful 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home with all of the amenities you’d expect for a wonderful family vacation. Located in the South Forest Beach area, guests can leisurely stroll to the beach in 7 minutes. With lush tropical landscaping surrounding the home and a 31 by 12-foot swimming pool, it feels like you are in Paradise! Adjacent to the pool is a covered patio with a standalone hot tub, 2 gas grills, tables and chairs, and a shower cabana.

This home has gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the main living area and lots of coastal art and décor. Upon entering the home, on the immediate left, is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Also, to the left of the entrance is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, two accent chairs and a 32” TV. To the right is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Straight ahead is your open main living area with kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining room table seats up to eight people. Off the dining room is a beautiful deck with two high top tables each with two chairs – it is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee! The adjacent kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The living room has two gray sofas, two chairs, a high slanted ceiling and a 55” mounted TV over the fireplace. On the other side of the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed, slanted high ceiling and 32” TV. There is a private bathroom with a single vanity, jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom has a private 8 x 10 deck with a wrought iron table for two overlooking the wooded back yard. Guests will enjoy the beauty and quietness of this secluded neighborhood. Going up to the second floor is another guest bedroom with a slanted high ceiling, two queen beds and a 50” TV. There is a private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination.

Guests may park one car in the garage and up to three in the driveway. A private mother-in-law suite can be accessed through the garage, with a staircase leading to the kitchen. This bedroom features hardwood floors in the bedroom area with a queen-sized bed, a delightful breakfast table that seats two, and a 32” TV. There is a large walk-in closet and a private bath that has a combination tub/shower and single vanity. The kitchenette features a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a door to a private deck. A fabulous 8 x 14-foot deck is flanked by tall trees for the utmost in privacy.

Outside the garage in the back is a lovely, covered patio with ceiling fan, an oversized patio chair and five additional chairs. There is a standalone hot tub, Char-Broil grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Out on the pool deck there is a table for six, a professional Char-Griller grill & smoker and two lounge chairs.

Your family can easily bike the one mile to Coligny Plaza to visit the 60 shops and restaurants. With its inviting interior, tranquil backyard, and proximity to the ocean, 11 Myrtle Lane will become your favorite vacation property!
