About this property

Recently renovated vineyard 5* house with heated pool and private garden

The cottage is very confortable for 4 personns. The Villa has been ranked 5* by the official body in charge. A baby bed and other baby facilities are provided as well as an additional bedding on the mezanine.
The current owners have drastically remodelled the property into a comfortable vacation home, and chosen to open it to visitors from all over the world who are curious to discover this part of France. Languedoc is well-known for its peculiar climate and rich history, the cottage is less than one hour in car from numerous exceptional sites. A number of outdoor activities are accessible in the area.
Alternatively, the cottage is close to bus lanes that serves Hérault.
The renovation of the house unifies a variety of objects and furniture from flea markets with restored, newly created, or contemporary features.
The accomodation is very comfortable for four people, the ground floor and the garden allow you to enjoy the heated pool in an extended season, have a barbecue or relax under the sun, the shadow of the cellar, or the mulberry trees .

tout était parfait , le seul bémol est que le corps de logis se situe au 1er étage sans accès extérieur , donc pour les repas au bord de la piscine , il faut de bonnes jambes car la volée d'escaliers est assez conséquente

Tout était parfait

Magnifique maison dans un petit village, à deux pas de toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin durant votre séjour. La climatisation est un must, tout comme la piscine qui offre une parfaite intimité. La cuisine d’été est très appréciable. Linda est également disponible au besoin et très gentille. Je valide à 100%. Merci pour ce séjour.

A recommander sans réserve !

Habitués des locations saisonnières, nous sommes relativement exigeants. Nos deux semaines dans la villa Syrah au mois d’août ont été excellentes à tout point de vue : maison spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup d’originalité et de goût avec tous les éléments de confort. Les plus : la cuisine très bien équipée pour les épicuriens que nous sommes, le séjour très confortable et agréable avec tous les matériels nécessaires pour les passionnés de vidéos et d’audio, les chambres très spacieuses, la piscine, le petit jardin où il fait bon prendre l’apéritif en s’abritant du soleil sous un arbre magnifique, la climatisation (silencieuse ce qui est rare !), l’assistance efficace de Linda en cas de besoin, la situation : une région fort agréable avec les plages non loin, des vignobles à perte de vue, l’oignon de Lézignan sublime avec une salade de tomates, etc… Les moins : une troisième semaine n’aurait pas été de refus !

Nice stay in a nice house in a nice region

Overall very satisfied with reception, explanations (online), tips and support. The only drawback would be the noisy village, caused by youngsters on bike and car that think the village is a racing track.

Très belle villa

Nous avons loué cette villa pour une semaine et n'avons absolument pas été déçus. Tout est très bien organisé par le propriétaire pour apporter les réponses à nos questions avant le séjour et faire en sorte que tout se passe pour le mieux. La villa est agréable, propre et a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, notamment quand le soleil n'est pas vraiment au rdv... Allez y les yeux fermés!

Très agréable villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour villa de fin d'année dans cette villa de caractère très agréable à vivre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le propriétaire est charmant et ça a été un plaisir de traiter avec lui. Globalement la location est très fonctionnelle moyennant quelques petits ajustements, notamment au niveau du chauffage des chambres, un peu difficile à ajuster. L'été, avec la piscine, il doit faire bon y passer quelques jours. Par contre, la villa est prévue pour 4 personnes et n'est pas conçue pour plus. Dernier aspect intéressant, la proximité de Pézenas petite ville où il fait bon se promener. En conclusion, je recommande chaudement cette location.

Tres bien et confortable …………………...

…………….avec charme et originale style. Pour être positif et ne pas concorder on penser suivent. 1. il n'est pas un lumière de hors pour ouvert le port dans le soir / nuit. 2 .l'idea est bon pour cache le évier dans le placard mais il est un peu difficile pour utilise quand on cuire. 3.les lumières dans le salle de manger sont un peu brille (je suis un photographie est plus sensible) mais peut être un interrupteur variable sera très facile ? Les remarques en haut sont applique pour reste dans le hiver ( les nuits noirs ) et je pense que tout est different dans l'ete. On aime Villa Syrah tout est très accessible a les amicale boulanger,et le petite magasins. On recommandera a les amis et famille. Merci a vous Geoff & Pauline.

We are an active couple, big fans of nature walks, we were seduced by the region and by this age-old house, near the village of Pézenas and in the hills of Languedoc, with its rivers and beaches.

Why they chose this property

The house is a comfortable relaxing point of departure for a family, we took great pleasure in the renovation and decoration process exploring flea markets to welcome visitors from all around the world.

What makes this property unique

Many sites of natural or historical interest are less than an hour away in car, the cottage is located in the heart of the vineyards in a village with all necessary services.
The heated pool allows you to enjoy the pre- and post-season, the shade of mulberry trees is welcome on hot days.
Thanks to a coded access to the keys, the arrival can be at any time outside normal hours.
Sun insurance in low seasons is proposed, it results in discounting the nominal tarif based on sunshine weaknesses (contact owner)
