The community area comes complete with a pool and hot tub and is located on the roof of the building. This newly built penthouse will leave you absolutely speechless.

Upon entry, the two-story vaulted ceiling and wall of windows will immediately catch your eye. The main seating area is furnished with leather sectional sofas that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. A second living area provides guests with an additional sofa and a flat-screen TV. Just off the living room, you'll find the kitchen and dining area, fully stocked with all your vacation needs. The modern decor, sleek style, and top-of-the-line appliances makes this the kitchen of your dreams. Have a seat at the bar or the dining room table and enjoy the view that beats any beachfront restaurant you could imagine.

All four bedrooms are located on the second floor, each of which offers its guests a remarkable view of the gulf. The master bedroom is fully equipped with an attached bathroom as magnificent as the view it provides. A jetted tub takes center stage in this room. In addition to the tub, guests will find a stand-alone shower and dual vanity in the master bath. Two of the four walls in this room are completely made of windows, one with views of crystal clear waters, and the other with sights set on the main living area below. Under construction

This property is a construction zone lying in between 2 public beach access points. We were extremely angry to arrive only to find a mess - and a broken un usable pool. The penthouse was fully stocked and stunning. Extremely amazing views and clean. Very clean. However - while we were there stuctural engineers working on the building deemed it VERY unsafe for us and our children. We were told the balcony’s were not up to code - and we couldn’t go on them at all. The only other family staying in these condos the entire time we were there had a large piece of sheet metal fall onto their balcony from the workers and thankfully were not out there. Public beach access on both sides of the private beach means A TON of people - they will obstruct your view as the water is not deemed private. They show up and play football 10 ft from our babies - and don’t care if and when asked to move. It was an awful trip. Destin itself is slammed - hours of wait times at any restaurant. We were given a discount but honestly not enough of one. My 5 year old picked up a razor blade left on the ground, and the windows are covered completely in the kitchen - so no view there either. Id imagine when construction was complete this would be an ok place but honestly the public beach access surrounding us would ensure we wouldn’t return. We are happy to be going home today. Definitely do not bring kids here - unless construction is complete and I would ask for photos and something in writing stating that. We were told the pool was closed and that was it. It was FAR from just the pool. Workers began working around 7-7:30 am - extremely loud. And at night people would congregate below on the public beaches and were very loud until about 3-4 am a few of the nights - Hope this helps another family avoid a large amount of money being thrown away.

Mgmt company called day before we were going to leave. Said there was construction going on and the pool was closed. Wasn’t willing to take the risk of inconvenience factor. We should have been notified well beforehand. Cancelled. Got full refund.
