Great place to stay.

Nice house with good local amenities, pool is not huge but clean and well maintained. Plenty of room to eat or relax inside or outside. Quiet neighbourhood with shops just a short walk away. Good bus service to the metro and city centre. Would recommend to anybody.

Loved our stay

An excellent property for a family, very large and spacious and everything very well kept. We felt very safe in the property being a gated community. The swimming pool was the main attraction of the property and my grand children thought it was great, however the water was very cold.

Rugby in Marseille

Excellent house with all we required. Good location as we wanted to be near as possible to the stadium for the two games we went to. Local shops of good quality. Pool area is lovely. We had a great stay.

Everything was as advertised. Our only problem was with the weather being so hot we would have appreciated the air conditioning in all the house. Beside that we had a great stay.

I can imagine to life there

We had a lovely vacation in Marseille and the overall impression was beautiful perfect. Actually we can imagine to life in that property. 😊 Location is perfect if you want to do trips to the area off Marseille. Public transportation is just around the corner as well. If you like to go into town. Days started with a swim in the pool. We had a really good stay. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus mit Pool. Es kam jede Woche jemand der sich um den Pool und den Garten gekümmert hat. Es ist alles im Umkreis zu Fuß zu erreichen. Morgens Frische Baguette zum Frühstück ohne mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein. Frische Gemüse Obstladen auch direkt um die Ecke. Besser geht es nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Katia war immer sehr gut, haben bei Fragen direkt Antwort bekommen. Vielen Dank an Katia und Philippe.Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Familie Hoymann.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einem tollen Haus. Die Ausstattung war top und die Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit hervorragend. Der Pool war für die Kinder natürlich das Highlight und ich habe mich gefreut, dass die Küche so gut bestückt war.Wie haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Vielen Dank für Alles!

🤩🌞👍🏻

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Unterkunft wurde uns sehr eingehend vorgestellt. Es gab eine tolle Küche, mit allen, was man braucht. Der tolle Pool war immer wieder Familienmagnet und Spaßfaktor für groß und klein. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in ihrem Haus!!

La saisie de la caution gâche terriblement le séjour

Les + Calme Buanderie et cuisines équipées Une barrière de protection de la piscine pour les enfants est disponible bien que non précisée dans le descriptif lors de notre location Les - Piscine trop petite pour nager Énormément de moustiques Le contact initialement cordial avec Philippe s'est dégradé car la femme de ménage (venue après notre départ, Philippe et Katia n'étant pas sur Marseille durant notre séjour) dit que nous avons fait plusieurs tâches indélébiles et prétend qu'une clé sur le cellier que nous n'avions jamais vue a été prise. Il a saisi la caution à hauteur de 975 euros. Nous sommes en cours de contestation auprès d'abritel puisqu'il refuse tout contact depuis notre départ.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons loué cette maison avec un couple d'ami durant le mois de Juillet 2017. "Futurs locataires, n'ayez pas peur et lancez-vous" car cette maison est une copie conforme de la description et des photos de l'annonce. Elle se situe dans un cadre agréable et calme. De plus, il faut savoir que les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes et sympathiques. Ils ont mis tout en oeuvre pour que notre arrivée, séjour et départ, se déroule de la meilleure des manières. C'est une adresse que nous avons déjà recommandé à notre entourage. Mme et Mr Mattei, chapeau pour votre maison. Nous vous remercions encore pour tout. En espérant, peut-être, vous rencontrer en Corse dans le futur! Florian

TRES BELLE MAISON

Très belle maison dans un quartier calme proche du centre de Marseille. La maison est très spacieuse et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Rien ne manque, que ce soit dans la cuisine, dans les chambres où l'on trouve de nombreux rangements ou autour de la piscine, régulièrement entretenue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons eu des contacts et un un accueil très agréables. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles pour répondre à nos demande, avant et pendant le séjour. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Nous gardons cette adresse et n'hésiterons pas à la recommander. Merci aux propriétaires. Continuez à faire partager cette maison à des vacanciers.
