The first deck is on the second level, off the large master suite. Relax and enjoy a morning cup of joe or sit and view the sunset from this awesome rooftop spot. On clear days you can see all the way to Morris Island lighthouse and Folly River. The second porch, on the main floor of the home, is a comfortable, fully screened area with full ocean views, the perfect spot for an ocean side meal. The last oceanfront deck is on the ground level, steps to the ocean and the best spot on the island for sunbathing, sand play or hitting the waves. Ample ocean side seating and beachfront dining table will ensure you and your guests the perfect opportunity to view passing dolphin pods.

1 Summer has been fully updated for the season, cleaned and pristine and awaiting your arrival. Enjoy dinner ocean side at our huge dining table which comfortably seats 8. Prepare meals in the fully stocked and updated kitchen, complete with brand new appliances. When you need a break from the sun, or find a stormy day, relax and unwind on the comfy couches, one of which is a queen size pull out couch, watch a movie or listen to music on our Wi-Fi enabled sound bar. Towards the rear of the first floor are two bedrooms, and the laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. The first bedroom houses a queen size bed with a huge walk-in closet. This bedroom has a fully updated shower/tub combo en suite bathroom.

The second first floor bedroom has three beds, a queen size bed, and a built-in full over full bunk bed. This bedroom has yet another beautiful spacious bathroom with a walk in tile shower. The second floor of Summers Folly contains an amazing master suite. A spacious king size bed, huge walk-in shower and massive walk in closets. You will love waking up to the sounds of the waves and views of the ocean in this perfect master space. The exterior amenities of 1 Summer Place leaves nothing left to be desired. Right next to the beach side deck, a built-in charcoal grill is available for all your grilling needs. This huge ocean facing lot boasts a full size grass volleyball court, and that's not all! Sand toys, corn hole and other lawn games are sure to keep your family busy even off the beach. Then wash off the days sand and salt in our outdoor shower.

1 Summer is a non-smoking, pet friendly home with fee per pet, max 2 (call for details). Minimum age to rent is 25, no exceptions. Events or parties may not be held without prior approval and authorization. Please contact us for more information on events which may be accommodated. Amenities include free WIFI, washing machine and dryer, Smart TVs in all bedrooms, grass volleyball court, private beach access, $250 beach gear rental credit, security cameras at front and back staircases only, contactless check-in, and keyless entry. Check-in is at 4:00pm, check-out is at 10:00am. 1 Summer is managed by property management company, providing 24 hour on-call guest help for maintenance emergencies. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
