Why Cat & John Powers chose Estate La Vallee
Winter in New England is no joke. The winter of 2015/2016 proved to be exceptionally brutal with a snowfall total of more than 110 inches! We had always toyed with the idea of owning a Caribbean property and that winter was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back, we were buying a vacation home! By July (2016) we had narrowed it down to St Croix and flew down to meet with a realtor. We checked out numerous properties but none felt right and we flew home disappointed but determined. We flew back in September to check out a few more properties and as soon as we stepped foot on the grounds we knew this was going to be our place! The location was perfect - the quiet neighborhood, the sound of the waves crashing, the view was breathtaking...we just knew it would be home. The complex was under development with only 2 units complete at the time. We checked out all of the available units and decided to buy 2 of the units on the main floor and have them combined into 1 large unit with 2 bedrooms/baths, a fully functional kitchen (including oven & dishwasher) and a huge living area and deck. We closed on the property in October and construction was completed at the end of March of 2017. Paradise at Cane Bay is our home, our heart and our future and we are happy to share it with you.

We are just minutes from Cane Bay beach and one of the world’s most desirable dive locations, the Cane Bay Wall. There are several restaurants right within walking distance. Make sure you try the cheeseburger pizza at Off The Wall and the burgers at Leatherback Landing @ Cane By (half price on Mondays!).
