Overall the stay rated a Good . Only significant problem was that there was do information on where to find the check-in office. They could have provided that information with the check-in instructions. A map of the complex would have been helpful with the checkin office noted on the map. Very well appointed accommodation. Lovely to have beach equipment supplied, plus all amenities like tissue, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo, etc. Buy some groceries and that’s it! Excellent bed, bedding, pillows, towels. Very comfortable spot, and right next to the pool. A great base from which to enjoy exploring Maui.

Loved this place!

The place was clean and in a great location to explore the whole island. It was just my husband and I and the place had plenty of space. We will definitely look to book here again the next time we visit Maui!

Loved the large sunny patio. Got some exercise walking through the lovely Ekahi grounds to the pavilion and beach. Price was reasonable for its location.

Charming and very functional

We loved staying in this condo and we hope to return. It's in a great spot, with a garden view yet right next to one of the bigger pools and several grills. The interior has been updated in a very charming way. Big lanai, very private.

Great location

A 7 minute walk down to the beach but excellently located next to the very private pool and close to BBQs. The unit is old but comfortable. Huge, almost private lanai.

We live in Calgary, Canada and are owners of this fabulous condo in Ekahi Village because we hate snow lol.

The actual truth is we love the Ekahi Condo complex for its beautiful landscape, spacious grounds, amazing beaches and a host of it's other amenities. After vacationing around the world and coming to Maui 3-4 times a year, it only made sense to buy a piece of this paradise while we could.

Our goal is to offer our guests excellent vacation rental accommodations in Maui where we can promise you will have an amazing holiday experience! We are here to help you make the most of your time on the island and can offer you great suggestions for activities, sightseeing, shopping, and where to eat while in town so please just ask!

Why they chose this property

Ekahi Village is located in the most preferable climate zone in Maui where days are perfect, the sun shines almost all the time, and the rainfall is minimal. Ekahi Village boasts an outstanding beachfront location with beautifully landscaped gardens on spacious 34.5 acre grounds, and the complex has excellent amenities such as four swimming pools, a beachfront pavilion, paddle courts, and direct gated access to the WOLRD FAMOUS KEAWAKAPU BEACH.

There’s easy access to Wailea, Makena, Kihei, and the airport at Kahului. As well, located just a short stroll down the beach are several excellent resorts, including the Grand Wailea, the Marriott Maui Resort & Spa, the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, the Fairmont Kea Lani Maui Resort and the Andaz, Maui. In the other direction, Kihei with its quaint restaurants and shops, a beachside yoga studio nearby, and paddle-boarding and surfing on its great beaches is also only a short walk away along the shorefront.

It only takes a few minutes to get to one of several fine golf courses in the area and, as you can imagine, the nearby restaurants serve every budget and appetite. There are also a wide variety of supermarkets available, from Costco to Safeway to Whole Foods, amongst others, so you can cook inside any time you like.

All that doesn’t even begin to describe all of the great things you can do during your days/nights from this outstanding South Maui location!
