Historic Ground Floor Apartment for 2 in Medieval Centre of Prague VL3
Charming, romantic, ancient, beautiful are just a few of the adjectives used when describing Mala Strana, the oldest quarter in Prague. The cobbled streets in this part of town are smaller and narrower than elsewhere in the city. They retain the charm and atmosphere of a city from the 16th, 17th or 18th century. Horses and handsome cabs can still be seen, intermingled among trams and cars. There is no finer quarter for beautiful buildings, wonderful restaurants and access to the main tourist attractions.
This is the smallest of our flats in the Vlasska 8 building. On the ground floor, this flat offers easy accommodation for those who may have trouble getting up stairs. The front door is accessed through a small cobbled courtyard in the interior of the building, no stairs to climb, just one step from the street into the hallway and another step into the courtyard.
The kitchen door opens directly into the small street Bretislavova, but is shuttered with an old wooden door during the night. Swing the shutters open, and during the evening hours, the kitchen lights up with a pleasant golden glow as the afternoon sun streams down the cobbled street.
The bedroom has two lovely single antique beds, and a beautiful chest of drawers with matching mirror. Rugs make sure your feet stay warm upon awakening in the morning.
There´s a large closet in the hallway to hang up suits and dresses, an antique kitchen table and Thonet chairs to relax in. An amazing, huge art deco mirror hangs next to the front door, perfect for admiring yourself in before going off to the opera, a concert or any of Prague´s many night-time offerings.
Despite being in an old house, this is a totally renovated apartment complete with a modern bath and kitchen. Relaxing after a day´s touring, or cooking up something light is simple. We’ve installed a stand-up shower for washing away the dust of the day. There´s also a beautiful kitchen, complete with microwave, should you choose to stay at home after your hot shower.

This is a great place to stay. Easy walking distance to all the sights, but very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Very safe neighbourhood close to international embassies. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
This apartment is small, but the perfect size for two people. The location in Mala Strana is next to the US Embassy and a stone's throw from the Prague Castle! I loved the historic building it was in. The apartment was clean and well stocked, with a double bed and a couch that looked comfortable enough to sleep on. We had a lot of luggage, so a first floor was a must, but there was a lot of foot traffic near the bedroom window. The communication with the host was perfect, he was extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never worked with such a friendly host, five stars just for Ivo alone! Overall, I think you won't be disappointed with this place.

zu empfehlen
Neben der sehr guten Lage bot sich uns ein hübsches historisches Appartement. Bei inzwischen kühleren Nächten hat uns eine Zweitdecke gefehlt.
Die Radioanlage konnten wir leider nicht bedienen.

In addition to the very good location offered us a nice historic apartment. With now cooler nights, we have a second blanket missing. Unfortunately we could not serve the radio.
