Notes
- The unit is in the lower level of our home. Two of us live in the home and work regular business hours and occasionally work from home. We always try to keep the noise level down, but on any given week day morning, you may hear some footsteps, shower running, a brief surge of a Nutri-Bullet, cabinets opening and closing in the kitchen as we prepare for work. I also have a dog named KC. She is very friendly, a rescue. You may see her. She has never been in the VRBO. This is a single family home (built in 1920) hard wood floors can creak, old houses sometimes make strange noises. This is an older, urban, residential neighborhood. Houses are pretty close together, people mow their lawns, a dog barks, the ding of the light rail. Also, we do not have cable service, so you won't get your favorite cable shows. We have a Roku so you can stream Netflix, Hulu, Roku programming and any other channels the Roku provides. We do have antenna tv, but reception is spotty at best.

Ask a questionAbout Suzanne O'Keefe
Hello and thanks for visiting my property. I am a native of Minnesota, born in Red Wing, MN, but have lived in the Twin Cities for most of my adult life - University of Minnesota Alumna. I come from a big Irish family and we are very close and thankfully, we all live pretty close to each other, so that makes it easy. I work in healthcare and love my easy commute. I take advantage of our Minnesota winters and enjoy my season pass to Welch Ski Village, however summer is still my favorite season.
Suzanne O'Keefe purchased this Apartment in 2007
Why Suzanne O'Keefe chose Hiawatha
My property is an ideal location. You can walk to the Light Rail, once on the Blue Line, you can be downtown in 5 minutes. You can also travel south on the Blue Line and hit up the Mall of America and, if you don't mind wheeling your luggage 7 blocks, you can take the Light Rail directly to and from the airport. to 46th Street Station and walk to this property.
What makes this Apartment unique
No car needed and easy access to all fabulous Minneapolis has to offer! Especially, the Grand Rounds Bike Path Network. There is self service bike rental across from Minnehaha Falls, outside the Dairy Queen 4740 Minnehaha Ave, from there you can hop on the bike trails, do the brewery tour (have directions/info for you in the unit) or visit all the landmarks, restaurants shops along the way. So you don't need to haul your bike with you. The bike rental option is a breeze, and if you tire (pun intended) along the way, you can return the bike to one of the many locations throughout the Twin Cities and Uber or Lyft back to the apartment.
