The Historic District Bungalow offers 13 1/2" antique heart pine floors, 7' wainscoting, ship-lapped cathedral ceiling offering a king bed with flat screen HDTV, marble shower, sitting area with flat screen HDTV, WiFi, and a fully stocked small kitchenette with sub-zero appliances. Linens and towels are provided. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch. An outdoor grill is provided and bicycles are available upon request. Park your car and walk around the town.

Cozy comfort in Beaufort NC

Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed walking to our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. Steve, our host, was very easy to communicate with.

My wife and I had a great stay! It is a small but cozy and cottage in a great location and is perfect for what we needed. Its right by the heart of all the shops and dining of Beaufort was definatly a town to visit with lots of charm. You can rent a very nice golf cart on site that is a great deal as well Steve was great to work with. I'd highly recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay for us as a quick getaway to just relax and have a few days low key. The bungalow was decorated very tastefully, very clean, comfortable and it provided a lot of essentials to complete your stay. Location was perfect for getting out and walking to restaurants and shops or just taking a stroll in the evening along the waterfront or through the neighborhood. We had the most wonderful time! The bungalow is absolutely perfect for two! Decorated beautifully. We felt right at home! Everything you need for a simple meal. Absolutely clean and such a smooth check-in and checkout. Steve was always available so quickly to answer any questions! Privately tucked away from the street, but quick to walk anywhere downtown. We hope to be back next year. It’s the best place we have ever stayed in Beaufort and we have had at least 20 anniversary visits.Thank you Steve for the best accommodations!

We tell our friends who visit that once you arrive in Beaufort and park your car, you will not need it for a week. There are 16 fantastic restaurants within 2 blocks and lots of locally owned shops within a few minutes walk. The NC Maritime Museum with Blackbeard's Queen Anne's Revenge exhibit is around the corner. Other attractions include the Beaufort Historic Grounds, The Old Burying Grounds, historic homes tours and plenty of water activities.
