We have designed our home to be comfortable for anyone who is looking to relax and have FUN in beautiful north county San Diego. This property is a very unique TROPICAL PARADISE with its own private half acre pond for canoeing or fishing, tennis court, pickle ball, pool and spa, game room, fire pit and bbq. It's like a MINI all for you to use privately with your guests. All within minutes to the best beaches, attractions (like LEGOLAND), cuisine and craft brews San Diego has to offer.

Hi, my name’s Cody and I have a wife and 2 children. I’ve lived in north county my whole life. We moved from my hometown of Carlsbad about 9 years ago, and needed more property. We found this gem of a place that has everything a family could want. We are lucky enough to live next door to my wonderful parents.
Why they chose this property
You’ll see the uniqueness and tranquil beauty of this property through all these pictures, although they don’t do it justice. Aside from having your own private 3 bedroom house, you’ll get to use our pool, spa, tennis court, and lake whenever you want with complete privacy. A property like this is hard to find!
What makes this property unique
What’s unique about this property is that while visiting, the city disappears behind you. Totally quiet and peaceful, with the lake, spa, pool and tennis court to enjoy while you’re here. 2.5 acres of pure beauty!
