Kitchen opens to great room, and split primary and guest room suites. Primary bedroom has king-sized bed and guest bedroom has queen-sized bed. Private and secluded back covered patio that can be enjoyed year round. Community clubhouse was recently remodeled and is gorgeous. Heated swimming pool, hot tub, work out facility and BBQ grills along with firepit.

Prime Scottsdale location near it all -- golfing, hiking/outdoors, Spring Training, Old Town Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, casinos, fine dining, shopping and wellness and spas.
