5410 Tallawanda Lane underwent extensive renovation in December 2017 and is contemporarily equipped with the comfort and convenience of visiting Miami parents in mind. This single level, 1250 square foot ranch home is a perfect place to relax while visiting your student on the MU campus. Prepare your own meals, or bring back leftovers to a fully stocked kitchen from the many restaurant options in town. The property is located on the scenic Bonham road corridor, nestled in nature, yet removed from the congestion of the mile square. It's a 5 minute walk to football and basketball games, and the heads of multiple hiking trails that weave throughout the campus and Oxford.

We were visiting from California to see our daughter who plays volleyball at the University. It was just perfect! Beautiful fall color leaves as we had our visit in October and the place was clean and quaint. Back yard area was perfect to have my morning coffee. Very nice property with a great location for visiting Miami University and/or Hueston Woods Park. Kitchen was well equipped for our group and the pictures were accurate to the place. Really enjoyed the proximity of this home to the university. Walking distance to stadium if going for football or even graduation! Homeowner was very attentive to questions and other communication. I would have loved a few more utensils in the kitchen but we made do!!! Overall was a great stay!!! Would rent again!
