Custom home built in 2016 in the gated community of Champions Retreat in Evans, GA. Over 4000 sq ft of entertainment in this house with a TV in every room and private bath for every bedroom. There is plenty of room to entertain with 2 outdoor big screen TVs, half bath and a fire pit for the cool evenings. Tee times can be made through owner with notice at the 27 hole Champions Retreat Golf Club. A golf cart is available for cruising the neighborhood or accessing the Club.
