Sept discount. Beautiful & spacious beach cottage. 5min walk to beach.
Live like the Locals! This brand new cottage (built 2018) has an open plan-living room/ fabulous kitchen/dining combo for entertaining. 2 bedrooms - master has king sized bed. Guest room has 2 twins. Sofa lets out to a full sized bed. walk in closet in master bedroom.. 2 blocks from the beach -takes 5 minutes to walk. The area is a few miles from lots of shopping (Pier Park), dining, and activities. Just a few miles to the west is Hwy 30 A with many fine restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Front porch for sitting/ gathering, Blackout blinds in bedrooms. Frank Brown Recreational Park a few miles to the east.
This property has a designated workspace in the kitchen/ dining area. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware - ample counter space. Air popcorn popper, toaster, blender, etc.
Other notes:
Beach wagon is available with a few beach toys.
Vegetable pots in back yard. Help yourself to any
available items. Oregano, thyme, and rosemary
A charcoal grill and utensils are in the carport. Please
roll out of garage to use.
If you have an infant and need a crib, I will be happy to
provide, given time.
Golf cart rentals available in the area. Beach bonfire
and other services available in the area. Ex "Light me
up Beach bonfires"
