Really nice place enjoyed the stay. Would definitely book again. The only knock on the stay would be the AC not being able to go below 70, other than that no issues. Great place to book.

My husband, two adult sons and my mother-in-law throughly enjoyed our stay at Shoalwater 1106. We LOVED the balcony! We found the condo to be very clean and well equiped. We especially liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We will definitely rent this condo again!

The huge, covered balcony was perfect. We enjoyed eating our meals outside while an amazing view of the ocean. It was our first trip to Orange Beach and we would definitely return again.

We really loved the condo. The large balcony and views were awesome. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us. Anything you would need in the kitchen and really nice to have a laundry room.

Unit is very clean and spacious. We loved the outdoor space and location. It could use some new outdoor lounges & chairs (one was broken and they are uncomfortable) which is a bummer bc the patio is awesome, but other than that, good overall stay.

Beautiful corner condo & wonderful location

We stayed here in 2020 so I knew it before the remodel. Very nicely remodeled. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Kitchen is well supplied. My only suggestion to the owners would be to either upgrade the beds or invest in some nice, thick, mattress covers. The beds are uncomfortable and the master king has such a dip on the right side and a hump in the middle it takes a lot of energy just to roll out of the “sink hole”. Other than that, 10/10. I really hope they upgrade the mattresses for sleeping comfort though.

Property was beautiful inside and out, and a perfect place for our reunion Only complaint was the cleaners did put full rolls of TP or paper towels in unit. Not good when you have a group of women Would definitely book again

The condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, clean and plenty of space for our crew which included 9 adults. The balcony was huge and had beautiful ocean views and the location was great. I did have a complaint about only getting 2 parking passes per unit, because we did have several drivers coming and going at different times. This is no fault of the owners or the rental company, from what i understood it was the policy for the complex. Gulfsands did supply a list of overflow parking lots in the area. Just keep this in mind if you have more than two vehicles. Also, we left 2 items and Gulfsands was very helpful with getting them shipped back. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful panoramic view

Roomy, newly renovated and beautifully decorated, this condo had plenty of room for our group of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed. Three nice bathrooms (Space out timing of showers so you have enough hot water.) The view was fantastic and the large balcony had plenty of seating and a nice table. The indoor pool was small; it would be great if the larger pool outdoors was heated. The condo was clean and comfy and close to grocery stores. We had a great family vacation.
