OCEANVIEW Avon - Sandfiddler Ln. - Thinking about spending some FAMILY TIME at the beach? Well, here is the perfect location for your family. The private swimming pool is a great place to start your vacation, and the kids will love the convenient full bath on the deck. When it is time to move inside, the first level offers a game room complete with air hockey and card table. The wet bar with refrigerator will help keep your energy up during those challenging games. The second level has three bedrooms; 1 queen master, and two others that share a bath (1 with a queen and 1 with two bunks), as well as a handy laundry room and common access to the extra large 10 ft deep deck and bubbly hot tub. The top level is a great spot for FAMILY TIME featuring the great room with large flat panel Smart TV/Blu-ray and sliders to the extra large 10 ft deep sun deck. There is also another king bedroom that shares the full bath on this level. Call to reserve your FAMILY TIME today.

Wonderful Getaway House

The house was just as pictured and very clean. Beach access was quite close, perhaps a minute's walk away at the end of the street. The management team was helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

A Lovely Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at Family Time! It was early in the season so a bit cold, but we got in a bit of beach time - wading in the water, flying kites, nighttime bonfire. Being just steps to the beach walkway was fantastic!! We also explored Hatteras and loved the laid back vibe of the island. The property was spacious and perfect for our small family! Our kids loved the game room and we really enjoyed family time on the main living floor, as well. We are looking forward to coming back when we can use the pool, as well!

I'd book somewhere else....

Great little home. Our issue was the roof in the kid's bedroom leaked (not a little, a bucket or two full) and all over the kids beds. This made it a 3 bedroom home for a week instead of the 4 bedrooms that we needed. Surf or Sound realty (the company behind the booking) not only did not send anyone out, but we never even got as much as a call back regarding the incident after multiple calls and emails. Stay somewhere else.
