Ocean Front Resort–2BR Grdn View Condo/Full Kitchen - NO Resort or Cleaning Fee

The Ka'anapali Shores condominium resort combines the ambiance of a full service resort with accommodations, services, and amenities guests have come to expect with the 'at home' convenience of condominium living. Located on beautiful north Ka'anapali Beach, the resort reflects what travelers want from a Hawaiian vacation.

We remit all HI taxes and are licensed through the State: GE # 059-268-5056-01

Our two-bedroom suite (sleeps 2-6 people), captures the refined style of tropical Hawaii and offers fully equipped kitchen, separate living area, private lanai (balcony) and in-suite washer/dryer for 'at home' convenience.

Photos are not of actual unit. Units are individually owned and have some variation. Unit will be assigned at check-in.

Guests of the Kaanapali Shores can also enjoy our Garden Pool (ideal for kids) and Ocean Pool and Beach Club Restaurant. Also available are two lighted tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a fitness/massage center, two jet spas, complimentary scuba lessons, and the beach! The Beach Club Restaurant and lounge overlooks the pool and the blue Pacific Ocean and has a menu of contemporary Island cuisine and “family style” prices. Located within the lobby are a salon, sundries & beach apparel stores. Fine shops, galleries, and restaurants are also nearby.

We have Garden and Ocean Views available.

Listing no accurate.

The room listing was suppose to be 2 bedroom with one king and 2 twins but both rooms were queen. I tried to contact the host but it forwarded me to the front desk, so that no help. We ended up staying in the room since there was no accommodations available.

Beautiful Resort & Suite Room

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. We couldn't ask for a better location, beach, pool, grocery market and ABC store. It had everything we needed in just walking distance. Our 2 bedroom garden view was spacious and lovely. My parents most enjoyed the balcony, sea breeze and especially the friendly birds. We had a great time and would love to come back here one day. It was a memorable trip! Thank you!

Great place, great location

Stayed here with my young adult children. We had a great time and enjoyed the pools, hot tub, restaurant and bar. We have stayed at this resort many times. Will return.

Great snorkeling right in front of property!

AC was a bit tricky, maintenance fixed it. MBR would not get enough air flow, even after closing living room vents:(bummer

We loved this property. Being steps from the ocean was amazing. The property was beautiful and clean and had nice workers. And our kids really enjoyed the pools. No complaints at all!

Great family unit

This unit was perfect for a family of four adults. Nice garden view and even had a view of the ocean. The fact that it was an end unit was an added bonus. My only issue was that the bedroom windows don’t open as a Hawaiian breeze at night would have been nice. My assumption is this was for safety/ liability.

Perfect for families

Our family of 5 loved this resort. The room was perfect for a long term stay. The ability to rent chairs, life jackets, boogie boards etc. for a good price was great. The pool and beach areas were never packed. Staff was nice and helpful.

Great location; rooms need maintenance

We loved the outside property and location. Pools were beautiful and tons of fun. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. But we had a sliding glass door that was off the track and unusable, a broken drawer in the kitchen, and threadbare couches and carpet. The outlet above the bathroom sink was hanging out of the wall - not good when it is near water… The rooms really need to be updated and refurbished.

Spacious and good location

This unit provides plenty of room for a family of four. It also has a great view of the garden and pool area. The towel service was really helpful and this is a good location about two miles north of Whaler’s Village (shopping area and beach location for snorkeling/whale watching trips).

The unit was advertised as a 2 bedroom with on bedroom being with a king bed and the other having 2 twins. the second bedroom also had a king bed but, we made it work. Check in takes longer with the Covid policies so have your documents in order. Overall a nice spot with convenience all around.

One of our favorites!

We have stayed at Kaanapali Shores many times over the years and always enjoy our stay. The property is alway’s well maintained, the staff is friendly and one of my favorite things is that they do not allow people to go down early in the morning and save lounge chairs for when they get up and around. Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful Resort / Unit was dated and dirty

We were pleasantly surprised with the resort grounds, however we would not stay at this unit again. We rent condos so we can use the kitchen and cook. This kitchen was meant for light breakfast only. There were no cooking utensils, pots, pyrex, tupperware etc. It was also dirty: baseboards, floors, and doors were all smudged and the carpet in the bedroom was filthy. We also experienced issues with small ants on the bathroom counters. Extra pillows and blankets were in the closet, but they did not smell clean so we did not use them. There was a single load packet of laundry detergent, so bring your own if you want to do more than one load.

Aston Kaanapali Shores

Aston Kaanapali Shores was a delightful place to stay with our grandchildren. The grounds are beautiful and so well taken care of. The pools a perfect place to swim in paradise! The beach at the property was covered with a high tide this time of year but the trade-off was watching whales spouting and breaching out in the ocean from the property and watching the sunsets. Sandy beaches were within waking distance and driving to other island beaches was an opportunity to see the variety of waves and sands on Maui. I would love to give the condo we stayed in 5 stars because the location we had was perfect and It was well decorated, but worn out a bit and in need of deep cleaning so I give it 4 stars. We loved the ground level near the shops, pool and the beautiful grounds to explore. The tennis courts are well taken care of we enjoyed those. We’re grateful for the communication we had with the manager and the help given us with our questions and requests.

Kaanapali Shores

Resort was nice and in a great location. Rooms were older but clean. Hotel staff were very accommodating. We saw tons of whales from our oceanside pool. No beachfront available but within walkable distance.

Pretty good

Location was great. Short walk to coffee shop and grocery store. Ground level suite was great for the kids to get out and run around. The property has some short comings. The basics of salt and pepper was sorely missed. The kitchen appliances left something to be desired, the hoodfan did not work (put in a work order and nothing was done). Also a number of toilet and bathtubs not draining. The guest bedroom closet doors seemed to be falling apart. Property needs a little TLC for the price you pay. Location and view were good. Pool was tons of fun.

Great stay in the resort area!

Property was clean, convenient, with all the amenities of the resort (restaurant, towels, pool chairs, etc.). Short walk to the beach boardwalk with access to many restaurants which was very convenient. Room was cleaned every day by housekeeping. The room is the furthest away from the elevator which wasn't a big deal at all for us but if you are mobility challenged it might not be the best. Parking is also in addition to the cost but that's to be expected. Thanks, Terry!
