There's a private bottom entry through the garage leads on up to the home's 2nd level. Relax in our 1940's Gentleman's great room with comfortable leather couches & chair. A 55" smart ROKU TV system. (2 TVs) Pully style kitchen. 3 generous sized bedrooms and 2 baths, (1 Full, one 3/4!) Hang out in the 1940's Bubba's Garage bedroom, OR have sweet dreams in the 1940's Glamour-Gals bedroom, OR try our 40's Sluggers Home Run bedroom- or for the real thing walk to the Spring Training Ball Park! ( All Queen beds ) Even our bathrooms go back to the 40's once there you will see why! Its a fun place to stay and has a great location location location! UNDER a mile from the I-10 freeway, Goodyear Ball park, restaurants, urgent cares, COMING the NEW RUSH FUN PLEX-indoor Go-karts, Bumper cars, Bowling and more! Walkable too! Across the street is the NEW Goodyear Rec Center with FREE PICKLEBALL & more, Retail and a SLEW of amenities too many to mention. ( Sorry this space cannot support pets or children due to open loft area. Non smoking. Nor candles. This is a smaller HALF of a house, and private-ALL yours.)
