This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is located on OLE, LELY Resort. Only steps to the center square where you can find the resort-style pool where you can enjoy lunch on the pool deck, a theatre, gym, library, restaurant, and cafe! Pools, basketball, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and bocce all on-site. 15 minute drive to the gorgeous beaches of Naples or Marco Island and famous 5th Avenue.

Less than a one minute drive to Publix Grocery store, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and Less than a 5-minute drive to Walmart, and retail shopping stores.

The 1st floor has a living room with a brand new 75-inch Smart TV and connected Apple TV and new Lazy Boy Recliner chair, a dining area, a half bathroom, and a kitchen with a brand new refrigerator.

The 2nd floor has a media area w/ built-in desk, 3 large guest bedrooms w/ guest bath, a laundry room & a spacious master suite.

Ole never disappoints

We enjoy our stay in this wonderful community every year. Our time in this comfortable, welcoming unit has been indeed a highlight. Val was so available and personable with all his communications. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. It is in a perfect location for walking distance to everything Ole has to offer. We were delighted to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Fabulous stay at Ole

We had a fabulous stay in Ole, Valentino's property was lovely. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable vacation. 6 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was great to have the added features such as bikes, beach gear and sports equipment to help make out stay more enjoyable. It was great to finally get away and relax after a very uncertain last few years. We would defiantly recommend to all our British friends. Thank you Val!

Wonderful remote working getaway!

Wonderful location, great pool area! Near beaches and great restaurants. This complex had amazing landscaping and the pool area was what you would find at a resort. Our town home had all needed items and was very, very clean. Plenty of room for family to visit.
