WELCOME to our tasteful, bright, refreshing, furnished 2,000+ sq ft family home located only a 1/2-block from the picturesque San Diego Bay where you can view the San Diego's skyline, FIREWORKS, and relax in several beautiful park settings.

Our home is conveniently located on the QUIET BAY-SIDE of Coronado, with close proximity to the Ferry Landing, brewery's, restaurants, and grocery stores. Bike or walk to parks, beach, or downtown Coronado. Our home is very kid-friendly, free from traffic and crowds with plenty of parking. Enjoy the perks of our quiet, low density neighborhood with designer upgrades throughout our home and just steps to Coronado's Bay View Park, the Ferry Landing, Zagat Rated restaurants, grocery stores, and farm to table market.

Our location is great for your kids who want to get up close and personal with the 4th of July floats that line-up in front of our home. Kids can pet the parade animals, meet the float participants and enjoy all that the 4th of July on the Bay Side of Coronado offers. We are now allowing guests to bring 1-pet (dog) 20 lbs. or less with our prior approval, plus a refundable pet fee if the pet doesn't cause any interior/exterior damage.

Our light, bright, tasteful nautical-themed two-story, 2,000+ square foot home can easily accommodate 4 to 6 guests comfortably in our 3.5-bedrooms and 3-full bathrooms.

Our home features hardwood floors throughout, Viking kitchen appliances, air conditioning, washer/dryer, shuttered windows throughout, 3-flat screen HD televisions with DVDs and CDs, Netflix, upgraded sound system, large dining table that can seat 6 people , front and back "real grass" private front and back yards, rose gardens, a private roomy brick patio with large umbrella table + chairs, gas BBQ and off-street parking.

On any morning guests can take the Coronado Ferry across the Bay to San Diego's Little Italy's Saturday Farmer's Market. Or, take the Ferry in the early evening to the new Rady's San Diego Symphony Shell to enjoy the San Diego Symphony and its guest artists.

Lovely

We stayed for the month of July 2022 and it could not have been more relaxing and lovely. It's a great 4th of July location relative to the parade and fireworks. We biked to the beach every day.

My husband and I were both raised on the East Coast and moved West to California to pursue our careers. We both have traveled the world, lived abroad for many years, and have found Coronado to be the BEST place to live on the West Coast!

My husband has owned our home in Coronado since the late 1970s and had a very successful career as a Naval Aviator. He homestead his 3-beautiful daughters in Coronado and they all graduated from the Coronado High School. All 3-daughters are now married and are raising their own families in Coronado.

Why they chose this property

Our spacious front and back private grass lawns, gardens and patio offer plenty of BREATHING room. Come enjoy our refreshing, relaxing bay side location and all that Coronado has to offer.

Our home was completely renovated and modeled and updated in 2000 and offers summer guests a very tasteful, relaxing summer retreat.

Coronado was ranked as a "walkers Paradise" with a walkability score of 98 out of 100. On foot, or by bicycle it's easy to get to all the sites, sounds and tastes that Coronado has to offer.
