Terrific 3BR 2BA Direct Ocean Front. Gorgeous view!

Wake up to stunning ocean front views every morning. Sunny mornings on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach can't be beat.

We are the proud owners of #802 Wellington. We are delighted to offer our condo for your family to enjoy! The unit was totally renovated in 2018, with new flooring throughout, new furniture, flat screen smart TVs in every room, and much more. In 2022 the master bathroom was renovated with a walk-in shower. And the kitchen was nicely updated with new granite countertops and tile. Last year we added ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We also also added a new coffee bar with an extra beverage refrigerator, which is very handy for all your drinks.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your time here and that your stay here exceeds your expectations. We provide most everything you will need. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, icemaker in frig. There is a Keurig and also a regular 12-cup coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster and all dishes, glasses, and cookware you may want.

3 spacious bedrooms. King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. All the mattresses are nearly new and very comfy! All three bedrooms have wall mounted flat Smart TVs. High-speed internet Wi-Fi. Linens and towels provided.

We also provide you with a supply of beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. So you don't have to worry about bringing them!

The balcony view is breathtaking. It is glorious and so relaxing. Access balcony from the living room and also from the master bedroom.

The Wellington has one of the best locations in North Myrtle Beach. In the terrific Ocean Drive "O.D." section of North Myrtle Beach, just ten blocks from Main St. The building is relatively small, with just 28 units. Better yet, most of the other buildings neighboring us are even smaller. This means you enjoy this spectacular beach without fighting the crowds you would find at the larger resort complexes.
Elevator. Gated secure outdoor pool and hot tub. Washer/Dryer in unit.
Linens include sheets with the beds already made before you arrive, plus ample bathroom towels and kitchen linens.
WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OR PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE. PROOF OF AGE MAY BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO RENTING.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
THIS IS A NON SMOKING CONDO. Smoking of any kind is absolutely prohibited in the condo or on the balcony or in the entry foyer or parking lot.

Great place to stay!

This is a wonderful condo with a great layout and furnishings, right on the beach! The additional amenities - beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and other toys, umbrellas, and coolers - were terrific. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we were on vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our hosts were so gracious, communicative and the facility was top notch. Perfect location for our first Family vacation in about 7 years. Right on the beach with beautiful views all day. I can't recommend this place and these owners highly enough.

Family getaway

Can’t begin to say how wonderful our stay was. This was our second time staying at this condo and Ted and Ann are simply amazing!! The property is in the best location, the cleanliness was top tier and even though we had an issue this year, it was resolved IMMEDIATELY!!! North Myrtle Beach family vacation

This condo was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. It was a beautiful condo right on the ocean with plenty of space and was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very easy to work with and the check in and check out process was so simple! We really enjoyed relaxing in the evening by sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. We highly recommend a stay here.

Our family stayed at Ted and ann‘s place and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean, a wonderful location, and the balcony view with the bar height Adirondack chairs was great. Ted was always just a text away if we had any questions. But highly recommend this condo!

Great Place!

Very nice clean and perfectly located in North Myrtle. The beach is very quiet and not crowded at all. Condo is updated and has everything you need to prepare meals. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are a great add so you don't have to bring your own. The beer fridge and frosty mugs are also a nice add on. Great place, would stay here again no doubt.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and better! The view from the balcony was the best part - breathtaking! There was plenty of space for my family of five. Having the beach supplies to be able to use was very convenient. Ted was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again if traveling back to this area.

Great week at the beach for the family!

Outstanding rental and hope to spend future vacations in this unit. The unit had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The owners did a great job setting the unit up for vacationers. A nice extra touch was placing (4) frosty mugs in the freezer before our arrival...great for that first refreshing drink. Thank you Ted and Ann! We had a great time!

The condo is beautiful and comes with everything you would need for vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels etc... The rooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. It is very close to the beach and the views from the balconies are breathtaking. Also close to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely book here again. My family and I felt like we were home. We are Ted and Ann and we live in NC. We've loved visiting North Myrtle Beach since the 80's. When our daughter settled in Conway, SC (about 30 miles from NMB) a few years ago, we decided it was the perfect time to buy a beachfront condo we all can enjoy together.

Why they chose this property

In our search for an oceanfront condo, we viewed many properties up and down North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.

The Wellington is like no other we saw. From our #801, the beach view is unmatched. We preferred the smaller building (28 units), and liked that it still had many of the amenities of the larger resorts.

What makes this property unique

A few things we love about this condo: Unobstructed beach and ocean view. Large balcony. Master bedroom access to the balcony. Spacious open kitchen. Clean, attractive building with onsite covered parking and an elevator. A quiet part of the beach, away from crowds but within walking distance to activities, restaurants and shopping.
The Wellington scored 100% on all of our must haves. We hope it scores as well with you too.
