The location can't be beat! The proximity to the beach and other places was great. The living space was a little tight for 10 guests but overall it was an amazing get away. We will be coming back for sure!

Quiet gated community with long clean beach access. However, look left and there are acres of commercial farms- somewhat jarring. The condo is well appointed, although the internet was a problem. Bring your beach toys and blankets.

Very relaxing weekend

The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. The best part was the front room windows looked directly at the ocean. It was so beautiful and relaxing!

Perfect for family

We had two families meet here for three days and two nights. It wasn’t fancy so we felt at home. It could have been a little cleaner but that would not keep me away. I would book again

Pajaro Get Away

We loved being able to just hang out together in one home. We’re a group of 8, so this was perfect.

Moving due to deck repairs is no fun but this guest was kind and understanding. A significant refund was offered for the switch and last minute the options were few. The move was to 80 Pelican Point but the guest called back to change to House 16. House 16 is loved but old. Old carpets are mainly on staircase and in bedrooms but have been cleaned. Much like staying at grandmas beach house, the end price matched the location but not the guests expectation. At the Dunes could have help by setting more realistic expectations about this house. An updated description will follow. - At the Dunes

Beautiful condo, loved waking up, sitting on the couch with my coffee, watching the ocean..

Only problem was first bedroom to the right, bed sheets were stained. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer.

Horrible Management

We have rented several homes for vacation and have never had management that was so difficult. They were not able to answer any questions to clarify things about the property and they were rude. They do not care about answering specific questions that you need answered so they just say whatever in order to get you to stop asking. They also took very long to answer questions through text compared to other property managers. There were no check in instructions to guide us how to access the property or welcome book to help with necessities. The windows for this property are also not safe for children. The screens for the slider doors and windows were broken. The grill was filthy and there was no propane for the grill so we could not bbq. The bar stools are also not children friendly. The view from the balcony was great and the location was amazing but this unit is not on my favorites list. I do not recommend this property simply from our experience before we even arrived at the property. The management ruined our vacation before even being on vacation because of one person’s bad attitude on the management team.

Spectacular views & location

This was the first time we visited Pajaro Dunes and really loved the views from this place. There are so many flocks of birds that live right outside and are stunning to watch over the beach. The condo easily accommodated 2 families with young children. The open living/kitchen was spacious and comfortable. The rooms are very good sized with many sleeping options and comfortable beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated and basic, but functional. The doors & windows are also a bit old and without safety rails, which made opening them a little concerning with young children in the home. Overall it's a great location with a casual atmosphere for family fun. The beach & birds really make this location special.

Great location with ocean and lagoon views.

Loved all the beds and we could've brought more. Nice house with lots of dishes and appliances. sliding door to the deck across from TV is in poor condition, Really needs to get fixed. also, was confusing signing up for the property. Over all really good. Will gladly return.
