Hello,
Elegant and warm house ideal for 1 or 2 people. Young parents or beginner grandparents, Tot Anoste Keer can accommodate 2 adults (1 double bed) and a young child (1 travel cot).
- WIFI by FIBER OPTIC
- Parking is free.
- The tram takes you 300m from your rental.
- Restaurants, bakery, banks, hairdressers, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacies .... 12 minutes walk, less than 5 minutes by car.
- Access to Lille can be done by car or by tram.

'Tot Anoste Keer' welcomes you in an authentic living environment: the living room equipped with sofas and armchairs that invite you to relax, there is however an office space for the more courageous (WIFI by FIBER OPTICS).
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your favorite dishes, a walk to the famous 'Marché de Wazemmes' in Lille as well as some regional recipes can give you ideas.
The bathroom offers you a concentrate of amenities. Upstairs, like a perch, the bedroom provides you with a cozy nest. The flowery courtyard allows smokers to keep the interior airy.
Pets unfortunately cannot be part of your stay.
From October 1st to April 30th heating costs are provided, (5 € / day) these costs appear on your invoice.

The property was perfect for our stay in Lille for the Braderie de Lille. There was easy access by tram to town, the village provided the shops that we needed. We visited a local bar and the locals were friendly and included our poor french into theri conversations.David has a clean and well-equipped apartment. We ate in one evening and had everything needed to cook. The bedroom was cozy and the whole apartment was homely. We had an enjoyable weekend.

Highly recommend this house.

Hi all, this is a perfect little place for 1 or 2 persons. From the moment I arrived the owner could not have been more helpful. He was brilliant, he will help you with anything and is also instant on response through texting etc. I was late arriving for the football so he even gave me a lift to the stadium so I could make it. I will definitely be booking this place again if I need to stay in the area. Only 25 minutes from Lille centre by tram, which is a 3/4 minute walk from the house. Thank you very much. A++++++++++++++++++

Petite escapade lilloise

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette chaleureuse petite maison de ville , décorée avec beaucoup de personnalité. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour dans le nord!

Very affordable accommodations right outside of Lille. Easy access to public transportation. David was extremely responsive to any questions or needs. We enjoyed our time in this city and the house had everything we needed.

Ach ja Frankreich

....es ist eine ganz neue Erfahrung, mal nicht in einem französischem Hotel sondern in einem so typischen kleinen Reihenhaus den Urlaub zu verbringen zumal es vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter David wie ein kleines Museum ausgestaltet wurde. Ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt nach Flandern.....und nur 30 Minuten mit der Strassenbahb nach Lille. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt, wir können es wärmstens weiter empfehlen...Danke David

Sehr schönes Appartment in ruhiger Lage mit sehr freundlichem Vermieter

Nach einem sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Umgebung von Lille können wir uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, und man fühlt sich dort von Anfang an entspannt. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche samt Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, ein Wohnzimmer mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einen ebenfalls schön dekorierten kleinen Innenhof. Man fühlt sich auch vor allem wegen des sehr freundlichen Vermieters willkommen, der wirklich sehr hilfsbereit ist und gerne Auskunft über Ausflugsziele gibt. Die gesamte Abwicklung des Aufenthalts verlief tadellos und unkompliziert. In der gesamten Umgebung gibt es wirklich viel zu sehen, und wir würden in Zukunft gerne wieder dorthin zurückkehren. Und dann wäre dieses gemütliche Appartment wieder unsere erste Wahl. Merci beaucoup David.

Sehr schöner Aufenhalt in Lille

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Lille und Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Sie ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. David ist ein freundlicher und umkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz, Supermärkte zur Selbstversorgung sind in der Nähe. Eine Tramhaltestelle ist fussläufig. Wr fanden das Gesamtpaket hervorragend und können es für "Entdeckungsreisende", die neugierig auf Nordfrankreich sind, nur empfehlen.

Petite maison dans un quartier calme, proche de l'arrêt du tram qui rejoint le centre de Lille en 25 mn Bien situé pour visiter la métropole ou faire un petit tour en Belgique Propriétaire sympathique qui réserve un accueil personnalisé Maison agréable et plutôt bien équipée (manquent juste un micro-ondes et un téléviseur pour que ce soit parfait)

Sauber, gepflegt, in direkter Nähe die Tramstation, was will man mehr... Die Abwicklung verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Obwohl wir nur zwei Tage da waren, hätten wir mit den Tipps des Vermieters gut und gerne eine Woche Programm gehabt. Überhaupt ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter! Merci beaucoup David!

Décoration originale

La décoration très originale qui reflète les gouts du propriétaire nous a beaucoup plu et fait le charme de cet appartement très calme. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et la proximité d'un arrêt du tram qui mène à Lille permet de ne pas prendre la voiture pour visiter cette ville. Contact facile avec David avant le séjour et accueil chaleureux. Ne manquez pas de le questionner si vous voulez des idées pour vos visites. Un seul point négatif: les commerces ne sont pas très proches.

Merci pour cette jolie description de la maison. Oui les commerces sont un peu excentrés je pense que c'est aussi cela qui apporte du calme au quartier. Cela dit, j'ai beaucoup appris de nos échanges, j'indiquerai à l'avenir les petits endroits sympa pour déguster une bonne bière avec une planche de fromage. Bonne continuation dans vos voyages si divers.
