Easy summer living at this bright contemporary ranch located steps from Moriches bay in Westhampton/Remsenburg. Open kitchen- dining area, living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air conditioning, and a private yard with a heated swimming pool. Take a stroll along the bay beach to overlook Moriches Bay and Dune Road.

Located on a small quiet block, this house is very open and inviting. From the private fenced in yard, you can smell the salt air and hear the rumbling of the motor boats go by. The house has many windows which bring in lots of light. We pride ourselves in presenting a spotless house for our renters to enjoy.

Bedroom configuration is as follows: each room has a queen size bed , master bedroom has a Tempurpedic mattress. Each bedroom is fully furnished with dressers and nightstands. There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms with heated floors and dual shower heads: one bathroom with a tub/shower and a second bathroom with a shower enclosure.

Renters have access to beautiful beaches on Dune road. Cupsogue Beach, located in the western end of Dune Road, has food concession, restrooms, first aid center, showers and changing rooms as well as band entertainment. These exquisite beaches have been rated as one of the top ten beaches in the country.

There are live shows at the Westhampton Performing Arts Center. Indoor and outdoor tennis is close by and public golf is a 15 minute drive. There are many marinas that offer charter and group fishing trips. There are also nature preserves nearby and town and county parks and beaches.

The property is ideal for families or couples. No groups please. Proof of age and/or background checks may be required upon request.

Wonderful Vacation

What a Beautiful Beach House

Christine has a wonderful home ! It is exactly as described on the VRBO site . Beds are very comfortable, newly renovated bathrooms & the built in pool was great especially for fun-filled days with my grandchildren! Memorial Day week - 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, with both bathrooms seeming to be recently re-done. Lots of peace and quiet, with Westhampton Beach Village being only a short drive away. Our adult children joined us for some of the week, and we had some friends and family out for day-trips. Everyone enjoyed themselves and commented very positively about the house.

Very good accommodation and location

The house was ideal for our needs and in a great location. We did experience a couple of issues though. Due to an apparent schedule issue, we had to wait a few hours on our arrival for the house to be cleaned after the last guests, which was disappointing. The one other negative was the fly screen to the decking area proved very hard to slide and came out its runner a few times! Otherwise it was a very good place to stay for our week in the Hamptons.

Yard of my dreams!

I hesitate even reviewing Christine's home so I can keep it my family's little secret. Alas, it deserves proper praise. This home is just what our city-family needed. The three bedrooms and all living spaces were just perfect for our family of three, and few visiting family memebers. All necessary kitchen items are available (especially those needed to grill). The open layout makes the house perfect to wind down together after a day in the sun. The real gems of this home are the backyard and neighborhood. The yard is lovely with a great deck including lounge furniture and BBQ,  great space in the yard, and a perfect pool. We spent most of the daylight hours in that yard. The neighborhood is so great that we only left for groceries and one trip to the beach. Christine was extremely helpful with pre-trip questions and was on call during the week for anything that came up.  We will most definitely be renting this home again in the near future! Thank you Christine!

First off let me just say the house is absolutely beautiful, super cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The grounds were kept really nice. It is so close to everything that you could possibly want to do on Long Island. Would definitely come back. It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood a block from the water, which overlooks Dune Road.

Perfect getaway

The yard and pool are every bit as beautiful as the pictures illustrate. The interior is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It sits on a lovely, and very quiet street a block from the bay. It’s about a 15 minute drive to cupsogue Beach and within 10 minutes to the town of WestHampton Beach. Everything went very smoothly including having to prepare for hurricane Henri. Christine was readily available to answer any questions and make recommendations from restaurants to preparing for the storm. If I had to make one suggestion, being that she allows pets, to ensure that all traces of pets (odor and hair) are eliminated by the time the next renter arrives. But it was a wonderful four weeks Including plenty of relaxation, conducive to working remotely, entertaining family and friends. I would highly recommend this property. It was everything I was looking for in my Summer vacation.

This house was great and perfect for our purposes: we are a couple working from home and the house has two designated work spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, all rooms are comfortable, the totally fenced garden was very nice (perfect for the dog) and the owner was very responsive. Walking distance to a small and lovely beach. Close to supermarket/pharmacy/center of Westhamptom/Dune road beaches. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I have been renting since 2001. We love to enjoy this house with our two sons whenever possible. This house was our primary home before children. We moved closer to my family when my first child was born. We decided to keep the house as a rental. Now my children love spending summer weekends here.

Why they chose this property

As you drive down the bucolic road to turn onto our block, the water views and smell of salt air makes you immediately feel like you are on vacation. The neighborhood is very peaceful, perfect for a bike ride or a stroll to the water.
