Our family really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the Gulf. Walking distance to the beach was nice as well. Close to a really friendly grocery store as well.

Enjoyed my stay beautiful view and close access.

Enjoyed our stay and very comfortable. Loved the spacious property and beautiful view. Great access and the pool is really nice. The property was a lil older but decorated nice and it’s well kept.

This place needs serious upgrades.The decor looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1990s (or earlier). The master bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable. There was no cold water in the sinks—good luck washing your hands without scalding yourself. Provided with an old broom and had to bring our own laundry detergent.The air conditioning was uneven—the master bedroom was hot while the guest room was freezing. Carpets were extremely old, stained, and gross. There was visible mold in the showers. The bed sheets had stains. Utensils were rusty and the TVs and remotes were difficult to use.

Great location. However this unit is NOT a 9.8. There was garbage in the living room, 2 of the 3 bathroom sinks were broken. The TV in the main bedroom did not work do to missing cords and remote. Carpet in bedroom are nasty! Sliding doors and windows look as if they have never been cleaned. Also the cushions on the deck are dirty. I would rate this place a 6 out of 10. Now the good... the view. Management wanted to come in the next evening and fix the sinks while we are there. This place needs some major TLC. I would up load pictures if i could.

The unit was just as the pictures shown. The furniture is a little outdated but did not affect our stay. It was clean with plenty of kitchen essentials. I loved that it was stocked with enough dinner plates and glasses for a large group. The pillows in the master could stand to be replaced but it’s not a deal breaker as we had brought our personal ones from home as well. I would definitely recommend this unit and the rental company. They were easy to work with.

This property was amazing!!! Super clean and nicely furnished! The restaurant downstairs was delicious and delivered so we didn’t have to go out at the end of long days at the beach! The beach was right across the street and even though there were days where the waves were rough the heated pool kept my kids entertained all day! The condo has everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable! The balcony was our favorite part. What a view!! We’ll definitely stay here again!!!

Perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and amazing views!!! Our kids especially appreciated having Nickelodeon in every room on the day the weather was too cold for swimming. We will book here next time we are in town!

The property was very nice & location was good My only complaint would be more towels need to be left for amount of stay & number of people so you don’t have wash everyday! We enjoyed our stay at this location

Thank you for the nice review, we do provide extra towels under the sinks but I know that with several people a lot can be used. We do have a new washer and dryer that was installed at the end of 2021.

Excellent vacation

I would highly recommend this condo as a comfortable, clean and safe place to stay. The Manager was so easy to work with, communication was excellent. The condo was perfect for four adults. Beach access was easy and the pools where clean. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

The property was beautiful and newly updated. Our parking pass was not in the room, but a text to Marcella and it was brought to us in 30 minutes. I would definitely book this again!
