This is my second time staying at this condo in Destin, Fl. The view and location are amazing. The check in process and communication with the host were great. Definitely recommend staying here for your beach vacation.

Vacation for two

We had an amazing time staying at this property for a quick end of summer vacation. The self check in and out was easy and pain free and the condo was beautiful!! I definitely recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our young children loved the bunks with private tvs. Very clean and great location.

Wonderful view

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular. Street traffic was loud at times but it was peak season. Condo is also located right off the elevator but a sound machine is located in the unit and helped with the noise. Overall a great stay!

We were in town for a weekend concert.

The facility is beautiful, easy access to probably the nicest beach I have ever been on. Restaurants were close as were beach activities and chair and umbrella rentals. All of the units in the Majestic Sun have beautiful views of the Gulf.

Beautiful property. Easy check in check out. Seas were rough due to a hurricane in the Gulf, but that didn’t stop us from sitting on the beach and dipping our toes in the water.

Fantastic Condo!

The condo was amazing! You can see the beautiful beach and water from right outside on your balcony. Our host was wonderful and kept us up to date frequently and also answered any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!!

The unit Bed Room is right next to the elevator shaft and the noisy is constant. The View of the Gulf is amazing and made it worth the stay. Also, its not an adult property, kids were rampant during my stay.

Beautiful view, Clean and comfortable.

Condo was very nice. It had everything we needed. All we needed was to buy groceries. Two nice restaurants less than 100 yards from the building both with lovely views. Beach was always clean. Pools were clean and enjoyable. Two hot tubs. We would definitely return for another stay.

Nice location, floors were a little dirty

Nice location, but tile grout was dirty and overall the place feels dated. The many requests to bring extra trash bags (it’s not an inexpensive rental) was bizarre. They did provide beach chairs and umbrella which was nice

Thanks for your review Michael. We unfortunately do not have a towel or trash service. We provide 2 trash bags for each trash can and request that guests bring extra trash bags if needed in our check-in instructions. We already cleaned the grouts and take pride in providing a very clean rental. If however any future guests find the floors dirty or anything unclean with the unit, please do contact our cleaning supervisor (phone number provided) and they will re-service.

The property was a great location with 2 restaurants very close and on the beach. it had everything we needed (you only need to bring groceries). The only thing is that the door code was complicated (12 digits) but some would say that is good for security. Indoor and outdoor pools were noce. 8 out of 10 for cleanliness. 10th floor provides a stunning view.

Host was very responsive and easy to work with. The bed was awful. Too high (hard to get in to it even with a foot stool). The thick foam pad was not comfortable for those needing a firm mattress and it made it hard to roll over. Owner needs to have a chat with the cleaning staff or find a new firm. Aside from having to request the floor be washed upon our arrival, we noticed a thorough cleaning has not occurred for a very long time.

Was a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and right down the road from shopping. Room has the perfect view and was more than accommodating. Would definitely stay there our next time in Destin.

5 Star Relaxation!

I have travelled quite a lot and hotel pictures do not always match reality. I was pleasantly surprised with the match up of the promotional pictures to reality. Access to the condo was seamless, the condo was very neat with a great balcony view. All culinary accessories provided if you so wished to go down that path. The kids loved the bunk beds each with a mini TV plus the add on such as Netflix, beach gear etc. The beach was amazing! Very relaxing vacation for the family
