Cozy Cottage is located near ski resorts, Lakes, Casino, kayaking, fishing, and horse racing The Catskill Brewery is 5 min away.
Monticello , Bethel, popular Old Woodstock Center, just 20 min away. Fully renovated interior with all new appliances, indoor fireplace, heating, hot water, AC. Oil heating system and wood pellets fireplace for in winter. There are 4 bedrooms,and 2 full bathrooms, laundry and dryer, Wi-Fi, Tv,key-less entry. Did I add to description that Lake Superior State Park is 25 min away .?
Painters paradise!! Nature's lovers,hikers.All welcome!! Feels like home away from enjoyment of a freedom from city rushing work days.
House is great for relaxing weekend .Sky lights in 4 bedrooms clear sky and the stars to observe.
Forget about your problems !! Come over and relax !! We always have a snow on winter months and crystal clear water in a river on back yard.
We have ROKU TV,DVD player downstairs and 4 TV s in bedrooms .

Cozy cottage was the perfect spot! It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Alina was responsive when we had questions and very graciously left a treat when we arrived. We all enjoyed time at the creek behind the house and it was a great home base for exploring the Catskills. I just wish we’d had a few more days.

Cottage on River

As described, an immaculate cottage close to the Beaver Kill for fishing and the Little Beaver in the backyard. Very accommodating host with great communication. Would recommend!

Nice holiday weekend getaway

The house was comfortable. The yard was great for my dog to run around. The creek out back is lovely. The road is a dead end, so barely any traffic at all. Very quiet. There were games, puzzles, movies, kitchen supplies, etc. Everything was easy to find and navigate. Nice place to stay.

What a wonderful stay in a warm and welcoming home. The pictures and details are 100% accurate and then some. A pleasant welcome gift was a wonderful surprise. The front porch and backyard areas are beautiful. I wish I had better weather to enjoy. Next time! The home itself is very clean, spacious and inviting. This is such a well appointed home. Not one thing you may is already there. Alina communicates often and is readily available. I cannot say enough how great this place is. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our time there. The house was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the boardgames and the creek in the back of the house. Also nice to have a bone fire at night and watch stars.
