Welcome to Getaway on the Green in Stonebridge!

HUGE 4 bedroom (plus bunk room which acts as a 5th bedroom), 3.5 bathroom, over 3600 square feet

3 level villa with main floor having living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom/bathroom. Huge master closet has been converted to kids bunk room with triple bunk bed!

Two living spaces, including massive game room downstairs with POOL TABLE (high end Presidential 8 foot table)

8 Flat Screen TV's in the house including 65" in living room; 65" and 49" inch in the game room (yes 2 TV's!); 43" in master bed; 39" in the three other bedrooms; and a 39" tv in the bunk room (DVD only with this TV - no cable)

3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin XL bed, 3 twin beds (triple bunk) and Queen pull out sofa

All appliances including washer/dryer

Pack 'n play and high chair available

Free WIFI and cable TV (on all TV's except bunk room)

The duplex offered plenty of room to accommodate our group of 14. Check in was super easy. The whole complex is beautiful. Most anything you want to do is close and easy to get to. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Would recommend to friends and family!

This is an excellent property for family and friends to enjoy time in the Ozarks. The amenities were just as described and plenty of room for all of us. Perfect for 3 Family Vacation!!!

Super clean and one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Views over golf course were so peaceful and relaxing, and all rooms were large and very comfortable. Perfect amount of space for us to celebrate our daughters graduation weekend. The multiple levels gave us all enough space, the beds were very comfortable and we were no more than 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Had wifi issues and couldnt log on all weekend which also affected us being able to control the thermostat- but overall had a great time and enjoyed the pool and the screened porch

Reed and Ryan are brothers-in-law that living in Oklahoma City. We have four children between us and love traveling all over the country with our wives and kids, but because of the beauty and attractions offered in Branson, we spend a few weeks per year in the area. Ryan's mother is from Branson and his family has deep ties to the area, including his grandfather that was a long-time judge in the community.

Why they chose this property

Our families have enjoyed numerous trips to Branson over the years, and as active real estate investors, we finally decided to purchase a home in Branson. We love spending all seasons of the year in Branson with our family, and are excited to open our home for others to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

Getaway on the Green is a huge 4BR, almost twice as big as most 4BR cabins in the area. The amenities and location of Stonebridge are exceptional, being only a few miles from Silver Dollar City and approximately 10 minutes to the Branson strip. With two living spaces and over 3600 square feet, there is plenty of room for large families! The view off the back deck is gorgeous as the home sits on top of Ledgestone Country Club's 13th green.
