Our 8th floor condominium has unobstructed views of the Gulf of America.
Sandy Key is one of the largest beach front properties in the Florida Panhandle with over 790 feet of beach front. Our newly painted and furnished unit has a large private balcony overlooking sandy white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perdido Key was rated as the top 5 beaches by Conde Nast. Sandy Key is just a few minutes walk to the Gulf Island National Seashore with beautiful sand dunes and a variety of wildlife. Balcony sunrises and sunsets are stunning! Sandy Key's beach is a private beach for owners, renters and friends. Wrist bands are provided to allow only those owners, renters and guests are allowed on the beach.
Our condo has been completely remodeled and refurnished including custom draperies, flat screen HD TV's are in both bedrooms and living room. DVD provided in living room also. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Beautifully decorated kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and all kitchen essentials provided. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are provided in the condo.
Sandy Key has two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub, exercise room and tennis courts and the most beautiful beach on the Key.

We have been been vacationing at Sandy Key since 1989 and decided to purchase our own unit in 2009 .Our unit is on the 8th floor of building three. You will find Sandy Key a very family oriented Condo Complex. With the large beach frontage, the density on our beach is very low especially compared to other condos especially on holiday weekends.
