Our stay here was just what we needed, and a perfect quiet getaway, with easy access to the Kentucky attractions nearby including local 4th of July fireworks! There was a heat advisory during our stay, so the resort pool and the property AC were important amenities. The place was spotlessly clean, and we loved the relaxing feel. A great property in a quiet lakeside resort.

This home suited our family of 5 perfectly. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, coffee pods, creamer and various soaps/shampoo, etc. The central location was great for visiting several distilleries from Louisville, Frankfort, Bardstown, Lebanon to Loretto. Our days were filled with adventures away from the Cozy KY Escape, but we sure appreciated having a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The hot tub was welcoming albeit the weather being hot as well!

Perfect Accommodations in a Beautiful Setting

Our bourbon trail getaway was a 10/10 thanks to this beautiful, well-stocked, very clean home! The private back deck area with fire pit, grill, and hot tub were absolutely perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

The cottage is very clean and comfortable. I stayed with a friend and we were both impressed by how comfortable the beds are. The area the cottage is in is very pretty. I didn't stay long because I was in and out for a wedding, but I would definitely book this cottage again.

Great Cottage

We loved our stay at Four Seasons Cottage. It was clean and we especially loved spending time on the deck. We were doing bourbon trail, in a good location to hit several distilleries.

Great Spring Getaway

Beautiful cabin! We’ve stayed at Edgewater Resort before, but this cabin was beautiful, clean and comfortable! It had everything you need and made you feel special, Especially loved the grill, fire pit, and hot tub. We can’t wait to get back this fall!

Anniversary getaway

Just a weekend getaway for our anniversary, this place has been everything we needed and more. Its super clean, peaceful, and relaxing. This house has everything you need to feel lik home away from home. Highly recommend for coupkes as a nice quiet getaway to reset from the daily hustle and bustle of lofe.

I loved the stay, i would have loved more if two things were taken care of. 1) lot of spider web 2) fliter on hot tub was expired

Thanks for the review. I wanted to ease your mind and let you know that the filter on the hot tub was not expired during your stay. The filter had just been changed, but the display on the hot tub was not reset to show this. I apologize. As for the spider webs on the front porch, , we clean them off daily during this time of year! They are a nuisance, but harmless. The cottage is surrounded by woods and it is hard to keep the bugs from gathering in the outdoor areas. Thankfully, the inside is bug free! Thanks again for staying with us!

Weekend of Fun on the Bourbon Trail

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised, very clean and spacious. We loved spending time on the back deck and hot tub. The owners have thought of everything you would need and we really appreciated the added touches such as the coffee and creamers. Definitely would stay here again when checking out more of the Bourbon Trail.

The place was wonderful for our two sets of couples! Everything was nicely set up and decorated. Everything we needed was available. The owner was very communicative and helpful with suggestions and anything we might need to know ahead of time. We had a great time, and if we ever come back, we'll stay here again!
