Morritts Grand Resort, 2BR/2BA Deluxe Ocean/Beach Front Condo w/ large balcony located on the East End, Grand Cayman Island.

Check-in is Saturday Jan 25, 2025 after 4:00 PM, and Check-Out is Feb 1, 2025 before 10:00 AM.

Our unit looks directly over the beach and ocean on the island east end where there is always a nice breeze to keep you cool and a beautiful sunrise each morning!

This unit is the Deluxe 2BR at Morritts Grand Resort (all units are oceanfront!) on the East End of the Island, quiet and relaxing away from the busy downtown and visiting cruise ships. The unit offers:

-full kitchen
-2 bathrooms
-washer/dryer
-air conditioning
-ceiling fans
-personal safe
-sleeps up to 6

Your master BR and living room open to a huge balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! We are located next to the amazing infinity pool with a swim up bar and endless water view, check it out! We love this "peace of heaven" and know you will too.

The resort offers many services such as:

-onsite scuba with boats leaving from resort dock
-onsite snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, jet skis rentals
-fishing
-restaurants onsite and nearby
-groceries across the road along with italien restaurant, sports shop, ATM
-fitness center
-massage/spa
-daily activities, and more.

Swim with the Stingrays at Stingray City or go on a Sunset Sail. Last time we were there, in addition to the amazing snorkeling and diving, we went fishing on a local vessel from Morritts dock and had a great day and an amazing fish fry dinner that night. Morritts resort charges a daily resort tax ($10 per day) and utility charges for the week (electricity usage), not included in our rental fee, payable to the resort. Internet access packages are available for a daily fee arranged at check-in, payable to the resort.

No need for bottled water! All the tap water on the island is purified through reverse osmosis (RO) and safe to drink (we love this about the CI's). We also feel very safe and relaxed on this the great reasons why we love the Cayman Islands for a safe, stress free, relaxing vacation.

We live in Maine and are owners of 1 week at Morritts Grand Resort in the Cayman Islands. From year to year, we occasionally rent our week out, when we can not make to the island ourselves.

Why they chose this property

We like the solitude and quiet side of the island, away from the busy downtown and 7 mile beach. East end is a great area to relax and enjoy your time away from home/work/business life.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is ocean and beach front with the amazing infinity pool/swim up bar next to our building. As an option, but not guaranteed, you can request ground floor where you can walk out onto the beach, or 2nd or 3rd floor for more privacy. We like the 2nd floor ourselves. There is an elevator in the building as needed.
