Charming House with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a small kithcen, sleeps 6

This Ranch style duplex is located on the south side of Savannah on a very large lot, 10 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes to Tybee Island. Close to shopping and Lake Mayer, a park with jogging track, fishing, tennis and basketball courts. Fully furnished with a small kitchenette and plenty of kitchenware, basic cable tv with Netflix and WIFI. Sorry no smoking inside the house. This is an older house and not handicap accessible. This house was built in 1977 and doorways are very small not chair accessible. No Pets Allowed. There is a newly installed Ring Door Security. It is turned on for your arrival and turned off after you arrive.

Another wonderful stay at one of Lori’s beautiful properties! This home is everything you could want: a short drive from everything Savannah has to offer, spacious, clean, and welcoming in every way. I came to Savannah for a mother-daughter trip to run the Savannah Women’s Half Marathon and this was my mom’s first VRBO stay. Every day we spent at this home, my mom said she can’t wait to come back and stay in the same lodging. Lori’s communication is great and she is so friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait for our next visit!

Perfect getaway retreat

Great location and quiet

We have stayed with Lori at least 3 times. This place is located close to shopping,dining and outdoor activity. It is greatly convenient to Skidaway Island where we have been working. Love this place and not having to worry about my safety as in other locations I have stayed at in the area

Fantastic Property and Location

Lori was a great host, friendly and accessible. The house was spacious, comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. It is in a quiet location and for us, was conveniently located. The grounds were well maintained and had enough space to walk around and enjoy the area. When we return to Savannah, will definitely want to stay at this property again. We highly recommend!

We were highly impressed with our stay in Savannah. I had spent almost a week trying to find a place that my elderly mother in law could access. We found the perfect place. Had plenty of room, easy access and close to everything without being in traffic. Lori was wonderful to work with and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Spacious and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. Each of the 3 bedrooms was spacious with plenty of room for us, our luggage and extra space to relax. The kitchen had everything that you need to prepare a meal, and the living room had space to enjoy a movie in the evenings. Last but not least, the host (Lori) was friendly and responsive to anything/everything that we needed. She is always our first choice when staying in Savannah!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

The pictures just don't do this amazing home justice. This is a VERY spacious home, immaculately clean, quiet, and beautiful! The owner has done so many beautiful things to the yard, and created magical and peaceful sitting areas. The plants are lovely, the outdoor shower is great, and the patios are serene. Our entire group was very pleased with this home and our stay. We ALL very highly recommend!
