Amazing Kauai 2 BR Condo Ocean View

We are in Colorado most of the year and enjoy traveling whenever possible. Kauai is so extremely special that we've made Princeville our second home. We love to share unique Kauai and are sure you will treasure The Garden Island as much as we do.

Princeville is a resort community of 30 condominium complexes including The Hanalei Bay Resort. There are 2 hotels; The One Hotel and The Westin Ocean Villas. The Makai Golf Course meanders through out and around about 700 single family properties. There is a lovely walk-jog path that goes the distance from the Princeville Shopping Center about 2 miles along the main Ka Haku Road and both side of the Princeville Community Park.

he Cliffs is very spacious complex with plenty of amenities and fun things to do for all ages. This property is very quiet, there is a large lawn area along the bluff with chairs for overlooking the ocean. This is a great location during Whale watching season and for observing the Albatross Birds and Nene Geese. There is also a special Pavilion with grills at this viewing area too.  We look forward to the weekly employee-hosted mai-tai gathering and enjoy mingling with many longtime returning owners, returning visitors and especially those visiting for first time, The entire Cliffs staff; every single person is so polite. They have an ease of warmth mixed with the highest professionalism that makes us feel so welcome, just like family. Housekeeping ladies and The Housemen are amazing! The front office and the reservations team is a hospitality dream come true. Maintenance is so prompt and courteous too. We admire the consistent standard of details in all aspects of service to all the guests. We are always very comfortable and we always have an enjoyable experience at The Cliffs Club Resort.
