Remodeled from the floor up. Everything is new. Completely furnished kitchen.

THE most unique property listed in Pahrump. PERFECT for large groups. Property can house 14 people easily when ALL 3 structures are rented. See the last paragraphs of this description, for details.

The "Big House" is located on 2.5 acres. This home is completely furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Floor up remodel is ready for you to enjoy. Aspen furniture and Jacuzzi tub furnish the Master Bedroom.

Separate, but on the same property is a nice duplex.
It includes a 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4), property #1233763.
And a Studio apartment (sleeps 2), property # 1240986). They both are also completely furnished and can be viewed on VRBO as well. This accommodates the large group of friends that want to stay together but still want an option of privacy at times. Or the party which doesn't need a Big House and wants to save a few $$.

Perfect base camp for exploring the area

We visited Death Valley National Park, Ash Meadows, Rhyolite, Beatty and Shoshone in a whirlwind 3-day stay in the area. The Big House was incredibly well appointed and very comfortable. Communication with the host was wonderfully personal. We would definitely stay again!

Home Base for Death Valley Exploring

Neat, clean, and well furnished. Could not have asked for more. After days hiking and exploring Death Valley and Ash Meadows it was nice to have a comfortable place to spend the evening. Pahrump is a nice full-amenity town as well. Host was very easy to deal with and very helpful.

Cozy Place to Crash

We really enjoyed our stay. For the price, the place included more than we thought and was such a cozy place to come home to after exploring Death Valley all day. Our 2 littlest curled up on the comfy couch for the night rather than use the air mattresses. So many little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. .

Great Place to Stay

I attended my first Front Sight course in 2000. Since, I became a GOLD FIRST FAMILY MEMBER!

I work in the pipeline industry as an inspector over quality assurance. I travel nationwide at times.

Attending many courses at Front Sight and actually worked part time, as an Instructor.

I got very tired of staying at local hotels. I purchased this property in order to provide opportunities to fellow students for a stress free place to relax. A place that feels like a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to provide a place to stay that would enhance the experience of fellow members and students at Front Sight. I furnished these properties for the Front Sight students that want a top end, fully furnished, comfortable place to stay. Away from the noise of the hotels.

This property will allow you to escape and relax after a long day at the range, track or trail. If you want to make meals, you will find everything is furnished in your kitchen. Want to sooth aching muscles, slip into the Garden tub (not a jacuzzI )for two. 60" Big screen TV to catch a game or fight.

My goal is that you will enjoy my home so much you will want to stay each time you return to Pahrump.

What makes this property unique
