The home owner was very responsive and made sure we had all the information needed ahead of time. House was beautiful and kept our entire group comfortable. Location was perfect for all the places we wanted to go while in the area. Would definitely rent again.

The house was exactly as described. Eight of us were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We did bring on own wood and had a cozy fire in the fireplace. Nice view in a quiet setting. Would stay again!! Great communication too.

We had good communication with the host. The property was very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Well stocked with basic needs. Excellent location for the Seneca wine trail. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

A group of us stayed at the chalet for a mother-daughter weekend at the beginning of June. The home is beautiful and spacious. It is extremely clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. I had forgotten to bring a grinder for my coffee beans and filters for the coffee machine and had despaired of finding either, especially the grinder, in the kitchen but I was wrong. Both were stocked. The sink in the first floor bathroom was slow draining and when I informed Paul he sent someone right over to take care of it. Check in instructions were very clear and sent to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend renting this home. You won’t be disappointed

Paul was a wonderful host, very responsive and available if needed. There was an issue with road paving closing down the main roadway to the house, and he was super accommodating. House was a wonderful location and super relaxing, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Host: Paul is fantastic—super prompt, reachable, and very attentive. He kept us informed every step of the way. 100 out of 10.Property: Extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is open, lighted, and the outside den has plenty of seating. Seamless check-in process! Just a heads-up: it’s on a hill, so keep that in mind for seniors. Lake access is a bit further downhill with a smaller deck, but the views are worth it.A quick word of advice: Consider having a back-up plan for power outages, extra water, candles/flashlights etc. . We arrived during heavy rain to a local power outage. Since key essentials (like water) rely on electricity here, spending nearly 4-5 hours in the dark without running water gave us a bit of anxiety about how basic needs would be met. Paul handled the communication wonderfully, but if you have kids or seniors in your group, it’s worth prepping for this possibility.Overall: A beautiful, remote, and secluded spot. We were 4 couples looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, and this place fit the bill. We would certainly stay at Paul's property again!

Perfect home base for a family getaway

This house was a perfect home base for our family Finger Lakes vacation. Plenty of room (and bathrooms!), the BEST stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental like this. a great location, and a pickleball court! We would definitely stay here again!
