The property is located in Lake District, within 3 minutes walking distance to the Lake Windermere. You can enjoy sunset and sun rise in the garden, take a walk along side the lake after dinner, and have a nice vacation with us.

Cost.

Room price varies, depending on who you book through, we paid twice as much as some guests, we stayed 3 nights and never managed to connect to WiFi although this was in the price of accommodation. Breakfast was continental due to Corvid but poor with Aldi products (a boiled egg in its shell or cheese wrapped could have been served and complied with Corvid regulations) this poor quality breakfast was very disappointing due to the high cost we paid . Also when I politely asked the lady in charge why we could not get WiFi she was most rude .

Double booked

Arrived at property to find out that they had no knowledge of my booking after phone calls finally got a room asked about a vegan breakfast on arrival non offered so had to find a cafe additional cost no car parking available had to park at public car park additional cost. Rooms need updating

Perfect location for Lake Windermere

Stayed for just one night. Room comfortable & clean. Breakfast good & ready immediately. Parking available outside property or in nearby hotel car park.
