The main house includes a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bath boasting breathtaking ocean vistas. Additionally, it includes a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, inviting living area, and a dining room adorned with ample windows, inviting natural light and ocean views. Separated by a breezeway, discover the queen bedroom with its own en suite bath, along with the third bedroom offering 2 twin beds. Embrace the joy of outdoor dining on two decks—whether beneath shelter or beneath the stars—providing the perfect setting for shared moments.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the spot: beautiful gardens create privacy. The extra bedrooms are perfect when we have guests. Only suggestions: I realize everyone is not as respectful of property like we are, but a couple beach chairs and lounges would be nice. I realize the need to protect from erosion, but we had a worker there shoveling sand on the beach every day we were there, although he tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. But overall, great! We plan on coming back. We really appreciated Cliona bring the chairs and lounges. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in May at Cookie On The Rocks. The house was well appointed and you could not beat the view or beach location. The only thing we wished we had known in advance was that a key was needed for a gate at that end of the island in order to access the property. It was a little hectic trying to track down the person who held the keys on the island but it all worked out! We look forward to returning to Elbow and staying at Cookie On The Rocks again!

Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to entertain. Two detached bedrooms make everyone feel like they have their own house. We really like the location in the Abacos, close enough to town (with a cart) and North Dock makes it easy to access a rental boat to go north or south.
