The Ariel Dunes property features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. As part of the Seascape community, Ariel Dunes guests enjoy the Seascape amenities such as: Convenient beach access to over 2,000 feet of powder white sandy beaches, 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, eight tennis courts, five pools, on-site conference center, fresh water lakes, beach service (at additional cost), Whales Tail Beachside Bar and Grill, dining, and live entertainment. Water sports rentals available.



The Space:

This beautiful condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and a laundry room with stacking washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, private access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower. A second spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and large full-size bathroom. Private balcony.

The condo was exactly as pictured, my family had a wonderful time. Everything you need as far as cookware is in the condo and beach chairs/umbrella for you to take to the beach thats only steps away. And if you're not a beach person, the property has 4 pools! Located close to the Stopping outlet, grocery stores, and restaurant's. We will definitely return.

We thought the Condo was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for our extended stay. The Balcony and views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are amazing! It was so quiet and peaceful and the elevator was always punctual and virtually right across from our unit! We will definitely return again!

The property and the Condo were fantastic. This was our annual girls trip for 2025. We loved the location, within walking distance to so many places. The property and condo was exceptionally clean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The extra large deck was wonderful, and the views were Amazing. We will definitely be back to this property again. Perfect Place for a Girls Getaway

We loved the location and beach view of this condo! The beds, including the couch bed, are all comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, heated pool, large bath tub, the beach chairs and beach towels during our visit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, too. The beach is beautiful within a short walk. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return to for another stay.

There was a brief hiccup when we arrived as we were initially assigned to one condo and then assigned to another, but both were facing the beach and the property manager was immediately responsive and got us into the new place. We loved everything about it. Even though it was in a very large building, it felt very solid and noise was not an issue.
