This is a unique apartment, ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Voula. It is ideally located 3 minutes walk from the beach. Situated in Voula, the air-conditioned Luxury Apartment Demokratias is 16 km from Athens. It is fully equipped and furnished, decorated with very expensive materials. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, washer, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster.Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The heating is autonomous and there is also a fireplace. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is Wifi and a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.
