Spectacular Views of the Potomac River from this four (4) bedroom (3) bath Single Family Home located in Colonial Beach off of Mattox Creek. Bird watchers paradise without leaving the house. Views of duck, geese, osprey, egrets, gulls, swans and an occasional eagle. Swimming off the beach, fishing off the 60 foot pier, and kayaks available to scout the area (2 kayaks included in the rental).. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) has two queens, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and the 3rd has a queen size bed, and the fourth has a double bed.
