Beautiful Lake of the Woods property that awaits you and your crew! Whether you are visiting the area to fish, hunt, snowmobile, cross-country ski, family reunion, hockey tournament, kayaking, we've got you covered! The four bedroom, 3 bath house is fully furnished and ready for you to make lasting memories! There is a 2 stall garage on the property. The home is situated on the Winter Road River (2 Miles from Rainy River which is the gateway to Lake of the Woods), about 4.5 miles NW of Baudette, with a dock and boat access.

The home has a deck overlooking the water, a fire pit to enjoy, a large yard and a BEAUTIFUL view! There is plenty of space to park fish houses, boats, etc!

House is equipped with TV and WIFI.

If you have any questions or requests, please contact us! We were both born and raised in Lake of the Woods and can help you with just about anything!

Wonderful stay for a week!! Couldn't have been better. Property was better than advertised. Clean, comfortable, and a great location to get away from the noise! Both Grant and I were born and raised in Lake of the Woods. About a year ago, we moved back home after living in Grand Forks, ND for 10 years. We moved home to be close to family, raise our daughter and continue to enjoy all that Lake of the Woods has to offer. During our free time, you might find us fishing, both winter and summer, on Pine Island for the day, hanging out with friends and family, or probably enjoying a BBQ somewhere!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property when we moved home from Grand Forks as we fell in love with the location and all it has to offer! Grant enjoys the real estate market, so we typically don't stay in the same house long! Yes, we are professional movers, haha! We thought that this property would be a great one to start our vacation rental business. Lake of the Woods attracts many people during the year for all different sorts of activities! I hope you will consider booking our property, we will do everything we can to make it great!

This property sits on the Winter Road River which is connected to the Rainy River and Lake of the Woods. The view is beautiful during any season!
