The host, Colleen was terrific. She was very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had on turning the ceiling fans on and also gave us suggestions on where to go for kayaking, which we did do and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

About the host

Hosted by Colleen Brainard

Host profile image
We have been vacationing in Fort Myers Beach for 20 years with family and friends. Three years ago we were very lucky to purchase a condo at Santa Maria Harbour Resort. This year we upgrade to this beautiful unit. It’s the best location on the island. Newly renovated for your enjoyment.

Why they chose this property

The close proximity to the beach and the intercostal make this a perfect location to vacation. Day trips to Sanibel and Captiva Island provides additional entertainment for your family and friends. Naples is a short 20 minute drive for shopping and dinning on 5th Ave.

What makes this property unique

Newly updated, porcelain tile throughout, new ceiling fans, towels and bed linens and many other new amenities.
