Consulting legal advise currently

False advertising. What the owner is advertising is not what you get! Ocean front is actually ocean side. The condo was completely different than what is pictured..besides not getting what was advertised the condo we got was dirty and smelled bad. Food stuck on counters and fridge, carpets were stained and dirty, shower curtain broke. This guy has bought into a timeshare which is meant for ONLY timeshare holders. He is advertising outside of this on VRBO, charging you for an oceanfront condo then booking you a different unit. We were in shock when we arrived after our 15 hour drive to see we got “bait&switched” I spoke with the company and they said what he did goes against their policy and they were going to report him. The owner offered no apologies. We stayed for 6 nights and it wasn’t cheap. DO NOT book thru this owner. We were loyal users of VRBO in the past and had great experiences but after this we will book directly and not thru a 3rd party.
