About this property

Air-conditioned house, private swimming pool, pétanque court

Ideally located in the heart of the scrubland, in a small village of 700 inhabitants, in the middle of the scrubland, the village and the neighborhood are very quiet.

Recent house built in 2010, Provencal style, modern, fully equipped, well insulated, on a plot of 1000 m2.

The ground: The ground is closed and sported, it includes a swimming pool of 8m x 4m in front of the terrace, rounded staircase, in angle, with terrace in gray anti-slip tiles.

To the east of the house there is a petanque court, you can also install a badminton court provided and easy to assemble. There are also snowshoes, 4 bikes and 3 scooters available.

The house: The American kitchen is very well equipped: traditional new oven and microwave, dishwasher, bar, air-conditioned lounge with flat screen TV, Xbox video games + games, books, wifi, tv free. Board games made available also.

2 bedrooms with bed 140 x 190 and 1 bedroom with bed 160 x 200, large closets in each room. New Mattress 2019

Bathroom with corner bath, two basins.

Large terrace, barbecue and gas griddle, garden furniture 8 places, parasol, deck chairs, garden furniture by the pool.

Pets not allowed, 2 cats on site that are not invasive, they are often outside but come back to eat and drink. Croquettes are provided, Yuko and Dora are very clean and well educated, independent, they sleep outside at night. Kids love them! I do not accept people allergic to cats as well as people who do not like animals.
Attention summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
the last weekend of July is the votive festival in Gajan, the village comes alive for 3 days (Thursday to Sunday). This period should be avoided for those who want calm, but those who like to have fun will enjoy, there is an atmosphere of madness ...!

Gajan is located 15 km from Nîmes, Roman city, 40 km from the beaches (Grau du Roi), La Grande Motte, near Anduze, 30 minutes from Uzès, 15 minutes from Sommières, Alès, 30 minutes Montpellier, 1 hour Marseille, 1 hour from the Cevennes, 2 hours from Spain.

Ferienhaus in Gajan

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Südfrankreich erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür. Das ruhige klimatisierte Ferienhaus war mit drei Zimmern, einem kombinierten Wohnzimmer/Küchebereich, einem großzigigen Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, einem separaten WC und einer Waschmaschine großzügig angelegt. Es gab einen großen Außenpool, der klar, sehr gepflegt und nur für die Mieter des Hauses zur Verfügung stand. Der Pool ist von außen nicht einsehbar, was wir sehr toll fanden. Bei den hohen Außentemperaturen waren Klimaanlage und Pool sehr angenehm. Die Küche war ausgestattet mit nötigem Geschirr, Gläsern, Essbesteck (leider nur sehr spitze Steakmesser, nichts für das Frühstücksbrötchen) stark abgenutzten Pfannen und Töpfen. Uns fehlte eine klassische Kaffemaschine, und ein Schneidebrettchen. Es steht aber eine Kapselkaffemaschine zur Verfügung. Die Verpflegung der Kazten war nicht lästig. Sie sind nach der Fütterung meistens wieder raus gegangen. Sie sind sehr verschmust und nicht böse. Natürlich, waren Katzenhaare im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche nicht ganz vermeidbar. Das wussten wir ja. Aufgrund einer starken Mückenplage (ganztägig) wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern von Vorteil. Die Vermieterin Corinne war sehr nett. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal herzlich für ihre Gastfreundschaft und können das Haus gut empfehlen, wenn man um die Dinge weiß, die von den Urlaubern ganz nach Blieben doch mitgebracht werden müssten.

Nettes Haus in schöner Gegend

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, das Haus liegt in einem schönen Dorf in der Nähe vieler schöner Reiseziele. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist recht umfangreich Die Sauberkeit im Haus hat uns nicht gefallen: Viele Katzenhaare überall, unsauberes Geschirr, Staub usw.. Auch waren die Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirm und noch ein paar andere Gegenstände defekt. Der Esstisch wird von den Katzen als Bett genutzt und ist damit nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Was uns nicht klar war ist, dass die Katzen ständig ins Haus möchten, das sollte einem klar sein. Insgesamt war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt

Vacance en famille au soleil

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances en famille. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme . Le logement est parfaitement équipé , il ne manque de rien . Le plus du logement , la grande piscine et sa climatisation super appréciable avec la chaleur de l’été . Merci à Corinne et ces deux chats pour ce doux moment de repos en famille .

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la maison de Corinne. La maison est propre et très bien équipées ! Elle est bien située proche de Nîmes et d Ales. Une semaine de repos bien appréciée

Maison très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir, Corinne ayant eu un imprévu, mais on a tout trouvé en ordre de marche... Pour une semaine en été c'était l'idéal, avec la piscine, le barbecue, la grande table ombragée, Dora et Yuko pour les câlins à toute heure ! Merci Corinne !

Calme et dépaysement

Fijn huis, leuke katten en zalig zwembad

Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Gajan. Het dorp zelf stelt niet veel voor maar in de nabije omgeving valt er veel te beleven. Het huis heeft alle nodige comfort. Heel goede bedden. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk. De katten zijn lief en laten zich graag verwennen. Leuk dat er fietsen beschikbaar zijn. Restaurants in de buurt : la brasserie in la calmette en le r in uzes waren redelijk goed. Kleine opmerking : de pannen in de keuken zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Maar kortom zeer leuk verlof gehad.
