Great place to stay

Location is perfect, you can walk to almost everything in downtown St. Petersburg. The condo does not lack for anything, and the view is wonderful.

Location is the best in downtown St Petersburg

Bruce was excellent to work with, accommodated my questions and went out of his way with special touches to make our stay special. The condo is clean, clean, clean with a great location in downtown St. Petersburg - it truly looks like the pictures. We are looking forward to staying here again and recommend it to others.

Absolutely amazing condo

This place is everything you want in a vacation rental. Excellent patio view of the bay & skyway bridge, great new appliances, huge bedroom, spotlessly cleaned. Can walk to Publix / anywhere in downtown St. Pete. Area is extremely safe. Everywhere you look there are new luxury apartments being built. Had one issue with the AC that the owner took care of very promptly. 10/10, hope to stay there again in the future
