I booked much later than normal and our host was very nice and helped to accommodate our dates needed. The location was the best. The views were beautiful. The suite was perfect for me and my adult.
Very comfy beds and great unit overall! 5 stars for that. Great location on beach and lots of shops and food nearby. Great fireworks show! Hot tubs not hot at all. Pools too cold for the temperatures.
The Hilton Hawaiian Village is always a great place to sty. The Lagoon Tower was connected to everything and gave you easy access. The staff was friendly and readily available. The view was beautiful and the rooms were clean.
The lagoon Tower is definitely dated, but the location is good and the view from the room we received was very good especially on Friday for fireworks. Not the owners fault, but apparently there was a water leakage from two floors above due to another guest such that our floor outside of our room had fans blowing all day long during our full week trip. Also not the owner’s fault but construction in Waikiki caused a waterline to be damaged shutting off water for several hours on one of the days.
The unit was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The bathrooms were okay but dated. The building did not have enough elevators for the number of people staying there. Frequently the elevator would arrive full. At checkout time, I wanted more than 30 minutes for an elevator I could get on that wasn't full. Cabanas at the lagoon pool filled up days in advance- wish I had known I had to reserve prior to arrival.
The valet, room service, management were all on strike first 3 days of our vacation. In 6 days our room was never touched by anyone that worked there. Our ac also was not working 100% it kept freezing up and it would get hot in the bedrooms. What a disaster
We had a great trip. The condo was spacious and we had a view of the lagoon pool, marina and could see the sunset every night. It was quiet and peaceful for the amount of people around us. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We highly recommend this condo.
It was a great place to stay, it is definitely in the center of everything. If you are looking for crowds & the bustle this is it. If you prefer not to be in crowds or the loud areas, look elsewhere. Great walking distance from many things.
We absolutely loved our stay in the Lagoon Tower. We had an amazing oceanfront 2 bed/2bath unit with double balconies. The unit was very clean and spacious. Our kids spent most of our vacation enjoying the toys available for rent at the lagoon. We loved the variety of shops and restaurants at the resort. We also enjoyed the on-site Luau. We will definitely book again.

Perfect Stay
Our stay in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon Tower was absolutely perfect. Check-in was simple, the room was very spacious and very clean. The experience booking with Dash Realty on VRBO, as well as the room itself, could not have been any better.

Great property, right on the lagoon, well outfitted and great customer service!
First, Randy was amazingly helpful - I'm afraid of heights and she was able to walk me through how to request a garden apartment (which lets you get under 8 floors). She was really patient and answered tons of questions. Second, the property was fantastic. Even though we were on the 3rd floor we still had a lovely view over the palm trees to the marina and looking out over the waterfall pool. From the balcony we could look out and see the edge of the lagoon and the ocean.
The condo was really lovely. We loved that the rooms were split on opposite side of the condo, so both groups had a bit of privacy (with private bathrooms) and then it had a nicely outfitted living/kitchen. Each bedroom had its own TV, and there was a very large TV in the common room.
Customer service for the Hilton was as always excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive. And the location of the Hilton can't be beat.
I would definitely rent through Dash Realty again!

Room was great. Facility is good.
Price to rent beach chairs and umbrellas excessively expensive. Uber pickup not easy.
