One Premium Bed in Each Room for superior sleep.
Comfortable & Spacious
Home away from home! Cozy comfort with wood floors and stone tile, newly modernized kitchen, & master bedroom (REST Performance mattress) with deck& bath on 1st floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms & another full bath. Fenced-in backyard. Washer/dryer. Pets can stay if you check with us first ($25 fee). Dogs must be in a crate when you are not at home.
Central AC & cable TV

Kitchen has dishes for your whole crew + dishwasher.

We try to make our space as cozy, comfortable, convenient, and clean as we can. there are couches and comfortable chairs and desks and both indoor and outdoor space for relaxing. kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, dishwasher etc.

WE are just a few minutes drive from MSU, shopping, downtown Lansing, and the highway.

Guests have access to the whole house. three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. there`s a fenced in backyard, upper and lower decks on the back, and a 3 season closed in porch on the front.

we are available by text, Airbnb app, and telephone if needed. contact information will be sent to you a few minutes after you book the place.

Walkable friendly neighborhood. Tree-lined street. Birds & squirrels. Cafés, restaurants, bars just a short walk.

Up to three or four cars can park in our driveway. we are a short walk from Michigan avenue where there are public buses. Uber is also quite convenient.

The house was immaculate and very charming. The neighborhood offers many choices for food and entertainment. I highly recommend this VRBO and will plan on staying here again when the occasion arises. The host was very accomodating and responsive to all of my communications and questions. I even stopped by and met him. It was a pleasure to stay and experience the east side of Lansing.

We had a wonderful stay. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Easy access to downtown. Ample sleeping space for all 8 of us and enjoyed having 2 bathrooms. Living room was spacious for playing games and hanging out.

Perfect little place for when we come up to visit our daughter at school at MSU. Excellent little bonus if a screened in yard and the welcoming of dogs. Our daughter loved getting to see the pups. Several walkable restaurants and easy access to MSU.

We love this neighborhood. Very convenient, friendly neighbors, houses with character. Great coffee shops, BBQ brewpub & great Mexican food truck nearby. Groceries in walking distance (Apple market, Quality Dairy), or one mile drive (Kroger). Just a few minutes' drive to MSU, Lansing Convention center, etc.
